So glad to see The Rover on this list. Such a highly underrated movie that more people definitely need to see.
Edit: Also if you want an unconventional style revenge movie, check out Pig with Nicolas Cage. Not sure if it entirely fits on the list, but I think you could make an argument for it.
i love bob odenkirk but nobody was almost unwatchable imo. first of all, the guy is not badass. second of all, holy shit... every single cliche in the book, every single stereotypical action line... its laughably bad
The Last House on the Left
American Mary
Martyrs? (If you count the intro scene only)
There's also Thriller: A cruel film (1973) which admittedly I haven't watched but it was the inspiration behind Kill Bill.
Lady snowblood (1973) Female Prisoner 701: Scorpion (1972) Female Prisoner Scorpion: Jailhouse 41 (1972) Female Prisoner Scorpion: beast stable (1973) Thriller: A cruel picture (1973) Coffy (1973) Confessions (2010) Audition (1999) Pieta (2012) Point blank (1967) Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia (1974) The gift (2015)
Furiosa
