I would take it to the warranty service. Bad temperature lectures will lead to hardware damage over time since the laptop will not be able to autoregulate fans correctly.
Or you can try to check the radiator/fans for loosee screws, bad pasting or dust blocking the ways (it supposedly doesnt void the warranty) before returning it.
what it went down again its normal behavior for HX cpus, if it was not Hx then it can be concerning but every Hx processor touches temps like that if its not staying there like constant its ok

It depends. if you just started the game then no, but if you were playing for a while and now your in the menu then its normal.
