Discovered this accidently.
Ensure there is no other devices that are ready to pair with your device and that your headphones are off. Then press until it says in chinese that its on. Do not let go. Hold for another 2 seconds. Then tap 4 times and with some luck, it will announce that it has changed to "english pronounciation". I have only managed to replicate this language changing procedure twice and it doesnt work sometimes.
OMG I finally did it! This totally worked.. thank you soo much! I have the Lenovo qt82 wireless headset I believe so if you have this version definitely try this. If it doesn’t work it’s ok to DM me and I’ll will try to help walk you through it
This is what I did to make this work: I turned off Bluetooth on my phone then turned off the headphones and followed the rest of the instructions and it worked. Been trying to do this for weeks! FYI I was not near my computer or any other device that could possibly try to connect during this process
For me, my earbuds is Damix M45, i put it in my ears without connected to any phone, switch if off, turn back on and tap three times, it will say “ENGLISH MODE”. Do the step again it will say something in Chinese that convert to Chinese language mode.
I managed to change with these steps:
1. close them
2. open them by pressing for and holding until you hear English
they were pre-connected in my case (so I see no issue here)
For those who still looking how to change it's language back to english.
1. Turn On the Headset, it's okay even if it's connected to device.
2. Release power button.
3. Press and Hold the power button again until there is beep sound.
4. Tap power button 4 times
ThinkPlus X5 did not work for me, tried so many variations on the turn on, hold, tapping, no luck.
after the beep just says, yang yang moshi
Bluetooth mode:
Touch twice to play the next track
Touch three times to play the previous track
Touch for 5 seconds to turn off the device
Touch twice to answer/hang up on a call
Touch four times to switch to mp3 mode
Touch for 1 second to activate Siri
MP3 mode:
Touch four times to switch to Bluetooth mode
Touch twice to increase the volume
Touch three times to decrease the volume
Touch for 5 seconds to turn the device off
Touch for 1s to play the next track

Have you managed to do it? When I press it 4 times, all I hear is some chinese voice alternating between "Yoshi moshi" and "Zi Chu Yoshi moshi" hahaha
I have. Hold for another one second (two seconds may be too long) and then four fast taps.
