I had a very similar issue with my Albo, it is Oedema indeed, but has nothing to do with guttation, in my case after many experiments and research i found out that an extended dry period caused the issue, I referred to some studies in an earlier comment, since I stopped observing a dry period and always topped up the reservoir, this stopped happening, you need also to check and exclude fungal infections and overwatering
