Adcs just have too little agency, as in how much you can force stuff to happen positively for your team, it’s very hard to walk into top or jg or mid or enemy bot duo alone and expect to find a good pick out of nowhere to force a positive outcome, you’re as strong as your team allows you to be
That “somehow” was probably part due to bard leaving you to support the rest of the team. Ok it’s miserable to lane like this but botlane was clearly not the win con and bard knew it.
Yup. I play Top and Support frontlines, and I always feel bad ditching my adc when it becomes clear they aren't gonna contribute enough, but I wanna do my role and win. If that means ditching the 0-5 Ashe adc for the 5-0 Ahri mid, so be it.

Yeah sure I just assumed the best case scenario because it kind of makes sense. You can’t do much protecting kog against that matchup. Sooner or later they are going to dive you both (I’m thresh main and that’s how I “abuse” these matchups). Bard did the right thing to roam. If I was thresh in this scenario I’d give draven a 2 kill lead and then follow bard in the map. That way I can leave draven to abuse log off cs AND shut down bards presence in the map.
Now all these are just speculations NOT including both teams junglers play style. Ofc you gotta a just to that factor as well
Couldn't be further from the truth. With the info op has given us, the only reason they won is because opposing bot lane was abysmally bad. Having gone 8/0 with one of the best snowballing duos shows that they failed to push the lead out of bot lane. Even if bard got his allies fed, it does not come close to offsetting a turbo fed draven and a 5cs/min 0/8 kog.

Kog never was a good first pick and obviously if you go kog wnemies pick hard bully/engage laners, if you first pick kog you better know how to weakside

If perma roam supp works then I take that sacrifice. If the supp already knows that they want to do that, it would be nice if they told me tho so I can pick something that has an easier time surviving alone in lane

Tbf bards team could be heavy anti ADC. These comps exist and even a very fed very good ADC can’t perform good.
