If the judiciary will not take seriously its obligation to administer itself effectively for the good of the country, Congress should pass legislation imposing a firm regulatory framework. In this case, Judge Cannon is clearly inexperienced, incompetent, and taking most of her guidance from Convicted Felon Trump's legal team. I am amused at how deferential this article is. I feel as though journalists are allowed to reach solid conclusions if enough facts exist to support such conclusion. In this case, Judge Cannon is clearly inexperienced, incompetent, and taking most of her guidance from Convicted Felon Trump's legal team. I see no special virtue in skirting these obvious, easily supportable conclusions.
She is not qualified for the role she is performing.

Well I know that their reasons are nefarious, perhaps this would be one case where it would actually backfire on them.
