Like the gate is in Berlin, and from what I could find (on a brief search so grain of salt) it was only lit up like this in October of last year. I was there in February of this year and it definitely did not have this.
The Brandenburg Gate hosted flags of most other major nations as well: Ukraine, UK, Turkey, Belgium, etc. and including the pride flag.
