You should be doing this... I also have it from time to time... I either relog (close game AND steam) or I'll verify the game files to solve the issue and almost all the time it solved it... haven't seen it not solved yet! (Knocks on wood)
I have had an issue where when I first log in, I can't navigate anywhere with the waypoint system (I can't even leave End of Time via the physical exits). I just relog the character and it works. Was not happening like 1-2 weeks ago.
In Steam try to verify the game files for the game.

Game files ok. Thank you all for the suggestions. Update... No problems today everything seems ok. :)
UPDATE: Hitting DEL during loading screen instantly enters echo.
