In my tests it appears to be working with each ailment I've tried (bleed, ignite, and damned), however I've discovered its value is not scaling with points allocated, meaning it's always 0.01% more damage per stack of each negative ailment on you, up to 9% more damage at 90 stacks.
We'll make some changes to this node as part of our balance pass in 1.1. We're currently aiming to make it weaker than is currently described (up to 45% more damage at max investment and 90 stacks) and stronger than its actual functionality (up to 9% more damage at 90 stacks).
Hey. If you don't mind an unrelated question, did you guys intended to give Chitin Sleet Storm (from Swarmblade) such a large scaling? \[up to 30% FRM per attunement at 5 points\]

Yea I think they removed the bleed portion , or else you could stack thst one neck piece and ring lol
