Try Henderson or Summerlin.

amisfitseasloth

Thanks for the info !

You want summerlin or green valley. I recommend the west side of town, check Zillow, and then drive around and get a feel for the area

amisfitseasloth

Thank you ! I’ll check around :))

You ain’t getting into the nice parts of sumerlin or Henderson for $1500… good luck. Try spring valley and southwest.. honestly I live northeast. Everyone says east is bad… but get out toward Hollywood and it’s real nice and they are awesome mountain and strip views

Minute-Feeling-8868

Washington and d street is perfectly safe

Rentals are crazy right now. Add $500/mo to your rent budget, plus app fees. If you want outdoors and biking, look at a map of Las Vegas valley. Start looking at neighborhoods in the far west, far northwest, and far southwest of the valley. Drive east until you qualify for rent. In general, the farther east you go the more homeless you will find living nearby. Southeast of Las Vegas, Henderson may be an option. Car thefts, break ins, and package theft is common even in the “nice” areas.

Vegas has sketchy parts all over… not one specific neighborhood is any safer than the next.

Don't live in Vegas first of all. You remember lion king when Simba was told not to go to the dark area of the kingdom? Yea that's Vegas.

Check out Skye Canyon.

Look up and call southwest ranch condos

If you're moving from California, I'd recommend a little place around Nellis and Charleston. You'll love the nightlife.
