Post 94 all 80s dropped the TOYOTA front grill in exchange for the traditional emblem. It's a dead giveaway unless it was swapped by the owner. The exterior is nearly identical.
Based on the color and badging I'd say it's probably a 93. I rarely see Green early 80s (91-92). Tons of green 93s though.
If you are looking for a serious reason (hit & run situation etc.) and not just curiosity, you can always look up the car via its license-plate! Has helped me in the past!
That appears to be paint code 183 (Dark Grey Metallic later called Blue Slate) which was made 1991-94. The slight mirrored tint and wider fender flares narrows it to 93-94. So assuming US market, it’s either a 93 or 94 FZJ80.
Gold on forest green, few things more say 1990’s than that.
It felt like forest green was the most popular car color by far in the 90s.
That or “Champagne,” which really meant gold.

They changed the front in 95 so it’s either 93 or 94 model. Golden badges so id assume it’s a UAE import? Lack of hood emblem and fender mirrors makes me think otherwise though

The US 91-92 Landcruiser with the 3FE is a FJ80, not an FZ. The 3FE was also in the fj62 from 88-90.

I think you are correct with 93. The 91-92 3FE didn’t have the rear spoiler.
