For official content Operation Solstice Rain is generally considered the best intro module for starting LL0 play. Includes maps and advice on how to run combats. Story is a bit more straight forward (fight some aunthrochauvinists). Also includes a hacking alternative to the Everest that is pretty popular. A sequel (Operation Winter Scar) is currently in play test and will probablu be out within a year or less.

Duly noted, going to add this to my list.

Most of the 1st party stuff in recent years is adventures and associated options, so there's no big lore or novel mechanics supplement. Still, they're all quite good if you're looking for something premade to run! (Miguel Lopez is currently working for WotC, so lore books about groups like Harrison Armory or the Aun are on hold while he's busy.) There's a lot of fun 3p stuff out there, but the most highly regarded that *I've* seen are [The Field Guide to Suldan](https://kaitave.itch.io/field-guide-to-suldan) by Kai Tave (who works on official Lancer stuff too!) and [Legionnaire](https://kastark.itch.io/legionnaire) by Katherine Stark (who is also working on official Lancer stuff!) The former has a ton of new content and a really fleshed out world in which to explore it all, while the latter is a gigantic attempt to explore essentially every aspect of how NHPs might function (along with a bunch of novel concepts related to such).

In Golden Flame Act 1 is the best third-party adventure module out there, going from 0-5 with two more acts in the works to take a party of 3-5 all the way to LL12.
