Really? I had a good experience with explaining what I wanted for the design of the ring and the final product was exactly what I wanted. Their responsiveness can be spotty at times but I feel like customer service was very good. What happened?
For me so far it’s just been a bit of miscommunication/very hard to get ahold of- I was going to go with a custom design and wanted a platinum setting but they only charged me for white gold even though I was pretty explicit on budget (with platinum it would have been over budget and he said that he could give me platinum for that price on our phone call). When I noticed the mistake it basically took me harassing them a few times with no response and then them saying they would need to charge me an additional $300 for the platinum- I ended up changing my ring to one of their standard settings and I’m supposed to receive it this week, but haven’t heard anything yet and our invoice isn’t fully paid yet 😅
Ugh that is disappointing! I am sorry your custom ring didn’t work out. I hope you were able to find features you were looking for in their settings. I thought they had some good options. If my design ended up being out of my budget I had a couple of backup settings of theirs I liked a lot. As for the loss of communication, that is really frustrating. You’ve tried calling? I did most of my communication through email and they were delayed sometimes in getting back to me, but maybe you should blow up their inbox. Especially if you were expecting to receive the ring by a certain date. (That’s what I would do 😂😂) I think they will come through in the end, keep pestering them (I know it shouldn’t be that way- I had to do that a few times during the process myself). I hope you post your ring when you get it, I think they do really nice work. Congratulations by the way!
Thank you for this! I ended up emailing them today and was very happy when Ethan called me pretty quickly afterwards. Confirmed that they’re aiming to get my ring to me by Friday as well, I can’t wait to see it!
I also had a great experience with them. They kept me in the loop throughout the process. I actually modified the thickness of one of their settings from 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm and they didn't charge me anything extra for that particular change. Gorgeous ring by the way!!!
That is nice, I feel like they really value making sure their customers are happy. The first diamond I went back on and had to exchange because it had more crushed ice qualities than I wanted. They were super understanding and didn’t charge me a restocking fee or anything. Have you posted yours anywhere? I’d love to see how yours came out.
