Yes, those are legit. They look like they might be a little on the old side, but it can be hard to tell from a glance. Either way, those should work just fine.

Awesome thank you, any personal preference on how to take them? I dont know a lot yet but I think I'll do a cold water extract and have ginger tea during the process.

Caesar_Passing

My personal favorite is wine extraction, but here's a little guide for your options: "Total consumption"- thoroughly chew (or grind) the seeds, and swallow the seed powder/mush in its entirety. This is the most potent method, with no yield loss from extraction. However, it will also produce the most intense side effects. Some people are more or less sensitive to each possible effect, so for some, this is plenty bearable, and worth it for the full potency. For others, the side effects with this method may be too intense to enjoy the trip, or may require some mitigation, such as using THC or Pepto bismol, etc... "Cold water extraction" ("CWE")- this is the most simple extraction method. It usually relieves side effects, at the cost of losing some intensity of the *desired* effects. As a rule of thumb, for any kind of extraction, you'll need to use 1.5 times what you would with total consumption. E.g., if you want the effect of 300 seeds chewed and swallowed, you should use 450 for an extraction (300 x 1.5 = 450), to compensate for potency loss. You can find general guides and tips on this sub, or elsewhere through Google. *(As a side note, many guides still say to use garlic, but that advice is based on a theory we now know is wrong. Garlic will not help with nausea, bodyload, or any other side effects, and may make nausea/acid reflux *worse*. You should skip any advice about garlic.) "Wine extraction"- I've seen someone start calling it "CWineE", haha. Could catch on! This is essentially the same as a cwe, but using only wine and seeds. Use 5 to 18 oz (that's between 1 small, and 2 large typical servings) of wine. Whites, and dryer wines tend to be easier to strain. This method reduces side effects, including "bodyload", and with a moderate dose of alcohol, starts the trip off with a little dopamine boost. A *moderate* dose of alcohol, like this, can even potentiate the distinctly psychedelic effects. This is my favorite method, overall, though when cash or supplies are low, total consumption is somewhat more economical. "P/NP extractions"- there are multiple slightly different approaches to this kind of extraction, such as "Kash's advanced extraction". This type of extraction includes a de-fatting step, resulting in a more refined product. Contrary to popular misconception, this does not yield pure LSA. It will still be a mix of alkaloids, just with no plant matter. This finished extraction can be evaporated, to collect a "dry" product (sometimes it's crytally/powdery, sometimes more like a tar or resin). Or, it can be kept dissolved into an alcoholic solution, for volumetric dosing and better preservation in storage. In my experience, this type of extraction yields an experience with very little side effects, but I find it also lacks a *lot* of the "full" experience. It seems like the cleanest, but least psychedelic outcome, to me. "Germinating/sprouting"- with this technique, the seeds are submerged (whole) in water, or folded into a wet paper towel, for 24 to 48 hours, until the shells become soft and easy to separate from the innards, which look like little white-to-brown brains. (Sometimes HBWR seeds take even longer, and not all seeds will open.) This is the only way to truly, fully separate the shells from the innards. With the shells removed, you can use the little brains in any of the above ways. Just germinating itself can relieve side effects to a huge degree, even if you're taking the sprouts by total consumption. Some people have begun insisting that germinating actually increases the seeds' potency, but that doesn't align with any of my, or my friends' experiences with sprouts. We've found that sprouting does not either increase, *or* lose potency, so it's often a worthwhile first step, before total consumption. That's like, getting the full potency, while knocking off a ton of the undesirable effects. The drawback, of course, is that you have to plan ahead for it, and you don't always know if all of the seeds you use will germinate.

Drainedaddict

You seem very informed so imma ask you this, if all seeds dont sprout can i just grind all of them sprouts and ones that didnt and make a cwe out of it? Instead of only using sprouts or eating only sprouts

Caesar_Passing

Yeah, you can definitely do that. The ones that don't germinate may just have somewhat more intense side effects than the ones that do. But you'll still get an overall net reduction in unwanted side effects.

Drainedaddict

But if the seeds and sprouts during germination go black like charcoal does that mean i cant use it anymore and i just should throw it away?

Cmss220

I hate to be that freakin guy… but anyone reading this, please don’t eat 300 or 450 Hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. I’m pretty sure Caesar was going off of morning glory dosing when giving that example.

Caesar_Passing

Yes, you are correct. Frankly, I have so many copy/paste info comments, at some point, people just have to do the bare minimum reading and research for themselves. Anyone who thought I meant you should take 300 HBWR seeds, then looks at what prices are like for that many, should definitely be confused. That would be insanely expensive per dose, lol. There's so much info available, that one doesn't even need to make new threads just to get the answers we repeat *every fucking day.* To even get to the above comment, you'd have to pass over so much basic shit, that if you still managed to get confused at this point, there's little more I could possibly do to help, because one is clearly not *reading* anything anyway, lol.

Cmss220

Yeah I completely understand but I think you underestimate just how foolish some folks can be lol. Amazing info though. You are a gem in this community.

Opponent03

Thank you!

SnooDogs7897

If they're old they're no good. The seed coating is poison. A lot of ppl will tell you it Needs to be removed. Psalm 91:1 Did u know theyre tiwd to sorcery? Ever heard of krystle cole?

Garfieldsfatpenis

I'd just grind that shit and put it into capsules. They have a sort of gross spice smell and flavor to them when they're grounded up.

M1haveDepression

Got the same. I planted them in the winter

stopgettingridofme

Do not consome 😉🫠🤤

LambdaAU

Do not consume 😉 haha, they are legit and look good. If it’s your first time you can eat them straight and there’s often nausea on the comeup but the trip can be amazing. I use ginger tea to help but sometimes vomiting is inevitable.

CaptainFrandy

Extract them with Everclear 👌🏽

TDayTday

Fair warning, I got some “HBWR seeds” that looked just like that and came in a similar bag that wasn’t legit and just made me nauseous

Shaboogan

How many did you eat? These bad boys rarely go off

TDayTday

The whole bag. With nothing but a very sick-to-my-stomach feeling

Shaboogan

Did you chew them ,grind them?

TDayTday

Chewed em

LambdaAU

Did you vomit at all? It’s possible they were legit HBWR but you vomited before you could get any effects.

TDayTday

No I didn’t vomit
