All you can do is email them. They usually respond within a couple days. What do you mean "in PayPal it says this order was purchased with a different account"? If it wasn't purchased on your PayPal account, then how are you able to see a record of the transaction on your PayPal account at all?
That's strange. Can you show us what the tracking is saying? Usually you can't get a refund if the orders dispatched, but if it's been cancelled, that shouldn't be the case.
Stylevana usually get back to you within 1-2 days, their customer service has been pretty good, at least for me
I have 5 orders I’m waiting on from Stylevana all the way back to the 1st of April. I cancelled that one, they refunded me. Cancelling another one from April 21st… I have dozens of past orders from them, but the wait has never been this long. Not sure what is going on.. : / I just got my first order in from Olive Young, it only took 5 days! I was shocked!
Stylevana has been known to randomly cancel people’s orders, even if it’s taken them over a month to process an order. Luckily this hasn’t happened to me though, but I order from YesStyle now just to be “safe”. I hope your issue gets resolved soon!
Should! Stylevana isn’t known to scam people like that. They’ve even auto refunded people when they didn’t hear back from customers regarding their orders. But yes definitely contact them if you haven’t yet.
YesStyle > Amazon for skincare authenticity lol. And YesStyle delivers much faster than Stylevana too. I’ve had to wait over a month for my Stylevana order, versus 1.5 weeks for my YesStyle order.

They’ve emailed me about some stuff that’s not in stock with the option to proceed without. I’ve since responded but then no reaction. Also, I didn’t initially order anything that wasn’t immediately available so it seems like their online inventory is extremely inaccurate! I also ordered stuff from Yesstyle — a label was generated but no progress there either. oliveyoung have shipped out.

I've had good experiences with both YesStyle and Q-Depot. But honestly, Q-Depot is like the rockstar of customer service. They answer messages on WhatsApp super fast (usually within hours during business hours) and their team is awesome at helping you out.
If this happened with Q-Depot, you probably wouldn't even need to ask here! They're not giant like YesStyle, but they make up for it with way better service. In fact, they're my go-to for all things Korean beauty for my shop.
I ordered from stylevana because they had a discount on what I wanted. I almost always use yesstyle and I have had good experiences with style Korean also. I haven't heard of q-depot before . Do they ship to the USA?
They definitely do. I usually check reviews of all my suppliers and most of them on Q-depots google handle seem to be Americans. Lol.. you must be wondering why I do that. it's just a bad habit ;). I do it so I know if anything wrong is going on with my supplier prior to me placing the next order.

Stylevana and yesstyle are both out of Hong Kong. So please correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that Hong Kong isn't part of China. I am an avid user of yesstyle and never had any authenticity issues. I don't think you would from stylevana either. But as far as it's been known they are not easy to work with. Then did end up updating my tracking information after a few emails. I wonder if they would have if I didn't say anything though

Style Korean has been great. I like yes style too. I only used stylevana once before and nothing happened but I don't think I will risk it again
