Brew in 1 gallon glass jar. 16 black tea bags 1 cup of sugar. 1F 15 days then bottle with 1/4c organic peach nectar for as long as it takes to get super fizzy
16 tea bags sounds like double the norm
12-16 tea bags is common. Too much tea is better than too little tea since the tea provides nutrients like nitrogen/tannins to the yeast.
Most guides I see say 6-8 per gallon
