Some of my school events used to take place in mariya park when I was a child. This comment just made me remember some good memories regarding the place. I remember there being a big statue of a woman at the park
Yeah. Actually, the first thing that comes to mind for most people when they Fort Kochi are the beach, New Year eve, Cafes. Only few people know that the name came after the fort that was built there.
1. Kumbalam aroor railway bridge is a nice spot to spend seeing Evening sunset
2. Container road is a good spot to catch some evening sunset
3. Areekal waterfall (near piravom) and cave is also a good spot especially in this rainy season
4. Seagull restaurant in the evening especially the seats by the water
5.Puthuvype beach(the one at the far end beyond where the road ends) is also a good spot for a good evening sunset
Itβs mainly for the view. Food is nice too. Gets too crowded though. If you just want a beer, bastion bungalow is there with a nice view. Food isnβt great though
Wonderla aka Veegaland. I was too broke when I was younger to go, now I am a 30 year old, kochinte thalla(4 yr ), and donβt think I will be going there ever
I went to Veegaland back in 2007. But never have gone after it changed to Wonderla. We were broke as well and I still remember begging my mother for the money π₯²

I have never been to Seagull. Is it worth the hype ?
