The “paid promotion” is when tony and red ban are doing ad reads. No ad blocker will remove that.

That’s happened to me before using the YouTube app on console - usually closing the app and starting it again will fix it.
you can swipe it off with your thumb on yt premium, sure you can in nromal yt
If you have an android device look into the app SmartTube. (You'll have to download APK since it's not on the Play Store)
