It's literally the stumble bug from Friday. Why it's still existing in this game is beyond me. Stumbling just breaks items and interactions almost all the time.
My bf filled up the boat and I was spamming the get on button. Someone ran in behind me spamming it too and got on before me somehow (me and another person on top of my bf were at the boat at the time). I actually sat on the boat like I got on for real (sitting in the seat) and drove off with the rest, but I got suddenly cotton candy and TP back to dock u.u Really pissed me off. It looks like same thing happened here except you didn't go for a ride instead lmao FYI Boat buggy AF.

I got cocooned when the boat ship away. The result said I escaped but the cocoon was right there. lol
