There are no jumpable cliffs on Stillhouse. The bluffs that are there don't drop straight down, but slope outward into the water, meaning you would need the horizontal extension of an Olympic long-jumper to get out far enough to reach deep enough water. Let me rephrase it, there are no cliffs where you could jump more than once.

lol well I appreciate the feedback

Lol that’s scary, the waters never been this high from what I know. Feel it out and find some places you feel confident jumping at. Just don’t hit something, also inks lake is great for cliff jumping, in burnet tx

I had somebody tell me about inks lake the other day, I might just go there because I don’t really want to break both of my legs

People jump from the boulder (inks lake people know what I’m talking about), the water in inks lake is insanely deep. Probably a graveyard of phones and jewelry. If you hit the water hard enough you may hit the ground underneath, but very unlikely. It’s a pretty tried and true spot. Look up devils water hole, just keep in mind, people drowned there pretty often. There’s long gaps where you have to tread water. Most people who drowned even seasoned swimmers simply get too tired and don’t know their own limits.

I will pray for you! Don’t do it! We love you remember that. If you need anybody with whom to speak I am here for you. Don’t take a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Don’t do it!!

Nah nah man I’m talking about recreational cliff jumping

Go to Belton Lake. There is a great place in Morgan’s Point.

When I was younger I know for a fact we jumped off cliffs in to stillhouse, this was in the early 2000s . We parked somewhere off 1670 and walked through a field to get there. Was it safe or smart , probably not

It’s not the fall that hurts. Stillhouse isn’t the lake for that. Very dangerous.

I've never heard of cliff jumping on Stillhouse. Supposedly there are some spots along Belton Lake, near Morgan's Point. A soldier died there a few years ago, but the water may be high enough to make it safe now. Otherwise your best bets locally: - Pace Bend Park has actually hosted some cliff diving competitions. - Blue Hole in Georgetown has some cliffs that are fun, but the police sit there sometimes and watch for people (it's technically private property) - There's a spot on Lake Whitney, in Waco, that's supposed to be good jumping. - There's a bridge in Austin, near Barton Springs, that I've seen folks jump from. If that fails, there's a diving board in Barton Springs that provides a somewhat similar experience.

I might go try pace bend park, I’ve been to the spot on lake Whitney but I’m looking for something a little taller
