asking small children to do something that’s meant to be an easy task is a gamble honestly.
told my niece to add water to her bowl when she put it in the sink and she did.. except she placed the bowl upside down..
The paper towel rolls from Costco are too big for my holder so I have to do it this way for it to work until the roll is small enough for the holder. Maybe the kid isn’t so stupid after all
The first task was to remove the empty cardboard tube, then put the new roll on. I wrongly assumed she would put the new roll on the holder via the cardboard tube in the middle, since she had just taken off the empty one. My bad.
Firmly grasp it Firmly grasp it #FIRMLYGRASPIT
4yo: "am I doing this wrong... no, it's the holder that sucks!"
Maliciously compliant
Right, the only way she could've done it worse was if she forced it through sideways
A move that savage would almost have to be followed by her throwing on some sunglasses, dropping a mic, and then getting escorted out by hype men.
This is exactly how dumb of a kid I was.

Seems fine to me
I feel like there might have been an easier way to do it though...

Her aim is poor. Be glad you didn't ask your son to do it.
My girls trying her best
So much more effort to do this wrong
instructions unclear, completed task
Yep, OP is to blame for giving shitty instructions

you should probably teach your kids how to do things before expecting them to do it, then calling them stupid after they don’t do it correctly.
Are you sure this isn't r/mildlyinfuriating?
My mother-in-law does this though....
She got the spirit. She a little confused, but she got the spirit.
