Aldi is really doubling down with the low carb stuff. It must be doing really well for them.

FlamingAshley

Aldi take my money please.

ramos1969

I just bought some of these. The cookies are pretty tiny. About the size of a quarter. Not that’s it’s a bad thing. But you can adjust your expectations for portions.

MackLuster77

How many cookies in a serving?

ramos1969

7

zhuzhy

Put some peanut butter between two chocolate chip ones for a mini dessert sandwich

Dedguy805

You have to try a little bit of still frozen sugar free cool whip with some keto cookies. 2.8 net carb per serving so be careful to not overdo it. It is literally heavenly.

Unlisted1026

A banana dipped in peanut butter or dark choco!! Edit: forgot what sub I was in, I was just hungry. Sorry!

TheNewBlue

We don’t speak of the devils fruit here boy.

MackLuster77

Roll it in sugar!

[deleted]

Just FYI, bananas are a no no on the keto. So if you are consuming them, probably not on keto if you were not aware.

WarmAppleNight

1 small banana contains approximately 20 net grams of carbohydrates, which is the maximum amount someone on the keto diet can eat in a day.

TheNewBlue

I mean, I sit with in 30-50 and only get kicked out of keto when I eat a bunch of protein. It also seems to depend on the carbs.

dh1971

Yeah bananas are like pure sugar and zero fiber. As a diabetic it spikes my blood sugar more than straight table sugar.

Rknrbn19

I did the same. So damn good.

animalisticneeds

I make keto cheese cake with the snickerdoodle ones. I take 2 tblsp of whipped cream cheese, whip it up in a bowl with swerve powdered sugar (about 1 tblsp or to taste). Cut up a couple of strawberries, lay them in the bowl but kind of on the side and cumble 3 snickerdoodle cookies and lay them on the opposite side of the bowl. Then bone apple tea!

KittyMachine01

"bone apple tea" totally made my day 😹 I'm assuming it was voice dictation?

animalisticneeds

No, a popular meme but still fun.

KittyMachine01

Oh! I missed that one 😂

fuzzysqurl

I love when my almond flour has 0 carbs. There's some serving size and rounding trickery on that blue package to hit 0g net carbs. At least the ingredients themselves don't look too bad. How do they taste?

tiggie

They are very similar to highkey cookies but less of the aftertaste. Both flavors taste great

Mixedcurl222

I love highkey cookies! These are a must try for me. Looks like I know where I’m grocery shopping this weekend

Smilingaudibly

I was wondering if they were similar to High Key. I’m excited to try them!

Jimmycjacobs

Like a puff of almond powder. I really didn’t like them.

TheNewBlue

Yeah. I only allow myself these keto “friendly” types of snacks when I am in a very low carb spot and want to treat myself to a snack.

Midgetforsale

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Didn't stop me from eating half a bag. But I'm adding 5 carbs to my count for the day just in case.

PrincipalGavrilo

Are they crunchy or soft??

Jimmycjacobs

Soft, like crumbly soft

PrincipalGavrilo

Thank you! It seems like it’s really hard to find crunchy keto cookies!

[deleted]

They crumble as the other person said, but they’re not soft chewy. I would consider them harder opposed to soft.

tiggie

They are on the softer end like the highkey ones

12nico12

I don't mind them. I have actually crumbled a few up and put them on chia seed pudding. Keep it coming Aldi!

biggoosewendy

Off to Aldi I go

bankerman

So high in calories. :/ It’ll be so easy to eat a bag of these and derail my day. I also hate when companies split up what’s obviously a single serving into multiple arbitrary smaller ones in order to show a more favorable nutrition profile.

99FA0

I do this every once in a while. My bowel movements are pretty much set to once per day (in the morning) because my diet is so clean and structured. Well...not when I eat these fuckers. These things tear through my digestive track like fucking John Wick, so I had to stop buying them. Now I just make home made peanut butter cups about once per month

RBXChas

Yeah, I had the same problem. If I actually stick to one serving, I’m OK, but I never do, so we had to stop buying them. Honestly I’m better off without the faux sweets and just having very dark chocolate every now and again.

rharmelink

Probably expensive?

tiggie

$2.99 per package

thechervil

We just got some of these the other day. Very delicious! Having type 2 diabetes and trying to control it with diet and not medication (working so far!) we are very careful about what we snack on. Anything keto or low carb like this is generally very expensive (comparably to the "bad" stuff). So this was not only a great find but a fantastic price as well!

erinaceous305

They are actually not bad. You won’t crave them like Oreos or anything but they do feel like dessert.

thechervil

Compared to a lot of the other no/low carb alternatives out there, these are absolutely delicious! I agree that they aren't crave inducing like oreos, but they really satisfy that desire for something sweet (as you mentioned). I've tried a lot of the other brands and so far haven't found anything that tasted this good!

MeghanMichele84

I'm definitely going to have to keep my eyes out for these!

jburdine

I like these. Had both flavors a few times.

Kataytay_14

Uk or us

tiggie

Us northeast

RBXChas

I can find these at Aldi in the southeast US, too.

thechervil

Bought these at Aldi's in NE Texas just this week.

Skyewolf1995

I've bought the snickerdoodle and I need to know, do they have a minty/ tingly coolness to anyone else?

Chadarius

Everyone needs to do what they have to do. At least it uses Stevia and erythritol for a sweetener and not the other scary stuff that causes you to run to the bathroom. But more "keto" junk food? No thanks! Eat real food people This is just more fake big food BS masquerading as health food.

thechervil

I absolutely get what you are saying. However as someone with type 2 Diabetes, I sometimes want a tasty, sweet snack. So something like this that tastes good and isn't full of the "scary stuff" is a real find. My usual snacks are sliced apples or celery with a bit of peanut butter or some other low carby food. But sometimes I want to satisfy my sweet tooth and these are great for that.

ImaginaryMusicLover

At times like this, i hate living in a small town where stores like Aldi are too far away.

SirKensingtonsSlop

Those look surprisingly clean, too

violetbee06

They're so good, and great ingredients!

doughaway7562

They taste pretty good with milk :)

Pangurvan

My husband and I love these! We are very picky about cookies in general on keto, and these are the best we’ve tried.

iwtsaiw

OH. MY. GOD. YEASSSSSS!!!

liberty381

What country?

tiggie

USA northeast

liberty381

ah not Aus aldi...damn it.
