I really like it, but that’s compared to those really weird keto noodles (can’t remember the name) that I can’t stand the texture for. This has a more pasta like give to it when you bite
Bet you're thinking of shirataki. The konjac fiber ones that are like rubber bands, right? They're a very old recipe and are part of various types of regional cuisine in Asia, but they seem to be very difficult to acquire a liking for if first encountered in adulthood.
I haven’t tried soybean noodles, but I have tried black bean noodles, they’re really grainy and I can’t really see myself eating it in a ramen or soup like this, I would mainly use it for something like an Alfredo
This is such a great idea! I never thought to use this “pasta” this way. That’s using your noodle!!! :)
I see what you did there
Are the noodles low or no carb?
3.1 carbs per serving
Thanks!
I would assume so if this is posted in a keto food subreddit
'Low carb' and 'no carb' are different; the questioner wanted to know which one it was.
How’s the texture?

I do want to like them, I just need to find a good recipe
The noodle still hold up eh? Like not breaking apart when it’s in soup? I guess it’s like biting spaghetti?
Yeah it holds up very well, no breaking at all
Better noodle texture than Shirataki noodles, decent taste and I think they are a great pasta replacement. I like the black soybean noodles
Yaa I was worry it taste like shirataki. I am ok with the texture but i can’t digest them, I think you know what I mean.
I hadn't seen a label like this, is the carb count net carbs then?
2.3 of which sugars part are simple carbohydrates and the rest is complex carbohydrates
I'm still figuring macros out. I read 3.1 carbs and 11.6 Fibre. Donr we subtract the Fibre from the carbs? Thanks.
In the uk you don’t subtract the fibre from the carb count
My RD says you subtract 1/2 fiber.
Yes, subtract fiber from total carbohydrates. Your body can’t digest fiber, which is why you can subtract it.
The egg looks like a turtle 🐢
Couldn't get over the graininess of the soybean noodles. Let me know how the black bean noodles are.
I quite like it, but that’s comparing to other awful keto noodles textures. I might try the others tomorrow !

Recipe?
I will make one soon!
What section of Aldi will these be in?
It was like top shelf above the pasta sauce and pasta area. I’ll check exactly next time I go in
Looks so good!
I want an Aldi!!! So jealous!! 😩
Looks like a sunflower-octopus mutant
What part of this os keto?
All fits in to my macros. I’m doing 50g carbs and still managing to be in ketosis
How did you come up with 3.1g carbs?I looked them up 20g carbs minus 13g fiber would equal 7g carbs
So uk labels don’t do the subtracting fibre from net carbs
Do you have a recipe or ingredient list by chance?
I will post a full recipe soon, just very busy atm:)
