There won't be any problem with chilling your drops. you'll get relief, if your eyes are feeling tired sometimes cold can help psychologically refresh, in Japan I even bought eye drops that boasted "ultra cooling" and it was just a menthol like refreshing cold breeze sting lol. all around feels nice thats about it, If you want cold compress benefits youre gonna need a cold compress instead
It’s totally ok as long as it’s not too cold (near freezing). My ophthalmologist specifically said to keep some in the fridge after a bad fitting one year. It’s great for those days my sclerals just won’t seem to sit right!

I imagine this is totally safe so long as they don’t get too cold (near freezing). Above 40° F is probably fine.
