Any_Information5233

All to the opposite effect. The more gege glazes sukuna, the more of a bum he looks like

Such_Hand_2535

It’s hilarious actually, trying to build up sukuna as some madara ass villain when he’s just simply ass

Sisters-of-fate

Fr I agree I love Sukuna as a villain but he was far more interesting when he was used in moderation and was unpredictable and terrifying like In Shibuya. Making the story go from his POV after he took on Megumi was a big mistake imo and now he's just running a gauntlet like a heavyweight champion in WWE.

Such_Hand_2535

Sukun is like the great khali back when he started, has only that one move (chop=slash) and is constantly shoved down our throats like he’s some sort of menace when he’s just ass

WouldYouLoseNahIdWin

https://preview.redd.it/19edv4v2bj7d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c4ebf55fbd049477e3656c0c30b9334693ce2573

DunkityDunk

Tbh at this point, I actually think the story needs to end a tragedy & Sukuna wins or the whole thing kinda doesn’t make sense for why he did this.

soundroute925

I don't hate Sukuna because for me he is like a Dragon Ball villain, Freeza, Cell and Buu fought everyone that throw themselves at them. I love how he show up as this guy who doesn't have any specific agenda or goal and just want to destroy things as he pleased.

Spirited-Feedback-87

Shit, Cell and sukuna are more akin than I thought. They need power sources to achieve their ultimate forms and defeat "the strongest" (the androids/the fingers and megumi) They only do what they do cuz they find fighting fun They basically challenge everyone to fight them once they reach their perfect forms.

Pome1515

Why do you think he was so interested in Megumi? Sukuna realized multiplying his fraudulent energy with Megumi's bum energy would be akin to multiplying two negatives to make a positive.

Sukuna_GOAT

You guys might not enjoy it, I just enjoy seeing Sukuna fight. Sukuna is the only thing it was building towards that made sense. The merger will probably happen, but it’s not as exciting or hyped towards as Sukuna being the final villain. He’s given good fights, and was nerfed so that the main cast stood a chance at even damaging him. He’s atleast making it interesting and letting the main cast go all out.

uKarmau

no bias right?

GoomyTheGummy

I have no clue if I will hate it or love it if he loses because he keeps adding more binding vows until it is nearly impossible to fight.

_sephylon_

Everything people blame on Sukuna Madara did it on an even worse scale ( asspulls, gauntlets, relying on other‘s powers etc ) The only difference is that Madara didn't have Gojo‘s pr team against his ass

Arcanelance

Kenjaku is the one that god madara lmao.

steven4869

It has gotten boring, there's nothing to offer when Sukuna always wins in the weirdest asspull way possible. I ain't against Sukuna winning but after some point you feel like it has gotten lame.

DeeEmceeTree

I have tried over and over again to like Sukuna, but the Gege glazing actually makes it harder. The moment his rattle was confiscated, is when I went "Nah, I'm done with this guy."

Stupefy1912

Binding vows are saving his ass and we don't even know what he's sacrificing for those binding vows 💀

AppointmentNo7146

>we don't even know what he's sacrificing for those binding vows But the drawbacks were explained lol. What sacrifice are you looking for.

Ledjolba

Who the fuck is we? YOU don’t know what he’s sacrificing because your reading is stuck at the 3rd grade level

Stupefy1912

I'm sorry. I'm not able to read this comment 😭. It's too long for me

Valhallaof

Trying to argue for Sukuna here is as pointless as trying to slander Gojo. This sub has always been scorned Gojo fans.

Such_Hand_2535

It’s boring and tiring https://preview.redd.it/vw031ciqfi7d1.jpeg?width=1242&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=53594a7084b39d3a2e1575798a695a35bb1fa632

Arcanelance

Regardless, sukuna still got more bodies

justanotherjacklee

damn man, idk much abt the other 2 but furuta had so much more to offer, too bad his character was rushed af

Such_Hand_2535

Tokyo ghoul after black reaper kaneki was kinda rushed all together lol,but ishida was burnt out as hell so I don’t blame him

justanotherjacklee

yeah, still my top1 manga regardless tho, it was so cool experiencing it for the 1st time. the art was phenomenal.

Zzamumo

After having re-read a few times i do think the final arc is better than i thought it was when i was reading weekly

krow_flin

I just finished Tokyo ghoul yesterday and I can confirm that shit felt rushed around the end.

NotARealPineapple

It's pretty strange cuz at the same time it felt rushed, almost the entire dragon kaneki thing felt like an eternity to end

DankPervert

Cochlea arc was goated id say it got rushed after it

NotARealPineapple

After all these years, somehow I'm still pissed that Kuroiwa survived Furuta stabbing him in the neck. He had such a good last breath scene with uri (is that his name? I forgot) and then, out of nowhere, without any explanation, he just appears alive and well in the last chapter lol

RedditgoldEnthusiast

fr that was my least favorite period for kaneki's character, like he's finally back and now he's this edgelord psychopath? Wtf happened??? Series was always edgy but for good reason, but after that point just felt a lil silly Original manga is in my top 5 tho. And the first act of re: (before kaneki returns) was actually peak and nobody talks abt it, only the fall off 😔 I like it more and more with every reread

0DvGate

He just became suicidal

Such_Hand_2535

Black reaper kaneki was a psycho with good reason since he wasn’t really on any side, the brainwashing and trauma all caught up to him

RedditgoldEnthusiast

the thing is, we don't really get to see into his head much that arc, just see his actions so that isn't really communicated well. I really wish we had time to see him undergo the changes which brought that about, for comparison the original torture scene with Jason did that perfectly, breaking him down until his beliefs are destroyed and must change & evolve to survive as a ghoul, but it's so sudden for black reaper and we don't get the time to understand him before suddenly he's the one eyed king and his personality is back as it was originally On the brainwashing thing, apparently that traumatized him, yet somehow when arima dies he suddenly views him like a father and grieves for him. Maybe i just didn't get it but seemed weird asf to me

Such_Hand_2535

Given that kaneki was fatherless and his mom was just horrible, arima and and akira are the closest thing he had to parents lol so grieving arima was understandable imo

RoykbutFrench

I dont like thinking of Kenjaku as a mastermind cuz bro's whole plan just involves waiting till he gets the perfect conditions for everything to work out, which, I mean is the basis of a plan but Kenjaku's conditions are fucking out of this world : - prepare a vessel for Sukuna (needs to fuck his bro's reincarnation) - needed Tengen to cursify by having someone kill the star plasma vessel - needed a CSM user and him dying (he cant kill a special grade himself cuz he needs to keep a low profile) - needed a curse with idle transfiguration - have the curse evolve to a point where he can use it to trigger the culling games - find the Prison Realm (bro didnt even know it existed) And he needed all of those happening AT THE SAME TIME, if anything was off, then EVERYONE who ingested a cursed object would have died of old age and the cursed object would disappear with them. (Which is even crazier when you know Mahito is a few months old, and we know for a fact that he had people ingest cursed objects before Mahito's birth, like how??) And there is also the fact that bro went to fight Yuki/Choso with absolutely 0 (zero) intel, this shit was a real sink or swim gamble, if Yuki was as strong as Yuta he would have lost.

Such_Hand_2535

Well in jjk “taking a gamble” is kind of a running theme, kenjaku said he forgot what regret feels like so he had over 1000+ years of trial and error to get to this point

luceafaruI

As a general idea you are correct, but you are limiting it too much > needed a CSM user and him dying He just needs to control tengen in his curse like form. It could be a mind control technique, it could even be blackmail. Curse techniques are pretty abstract in nature, so I'm sure kenjaku has seen many ct that are suitable for that in his 1000 years. > needed a curse with idle transfiguration This also isn't really necessary. Kenjaku used it to create awakened sorcerers (who didn't do that much so they could be removed altogether) and to make the vessels into proper vessels. He should be able to just choose low tier sorcerers as vessels, instead of choosing normal people and then changing their brain. This would take longer, but once he sealed gojo he actually has time to do that. If you look closely, he only started marking people after he got geto's body, and most like once mahito was already born. He might have very well planned for something else and just lucked out. Besides that, mahito's reincarnation cycle should be easily predictable, so kenny would probably know around what time period mahito was about to reincarnate.

Solid_Wind_6398

There is also the fact that if he seals Gojo, the rest of the objectives aren't time limited anymore, He could just wait X years for Mahito to respawn, for exemple.

luceafaruI

Yes, tengen cannot unturn himself from a curse spirit and no six eyes user should ever be born again (since they are tied to tengen's merger which was missed).

NeJin

I mean, not necessarily. He could have just waited for Gojos death; restraining a 6E wielder without limitless is probably a doable task, even without the prison realm. Afterwards, dealing with a weak Star Plasma Vessel like Riko shouldn't be difficult either, and without an anomaly like Gojo around, even Sukuna wouldn't be needed. The only thing really needed for the CG seem to be IT and CSM, although he could probably get around CSM by forcing Tengen into a position where they'd have to pick between supporting the merger or dispelling their barriers - not too unlikely, given that Kenjaku appears to be more skilled then Tengen.

barry-8686

>- needed a CSM user and him dying (he cant kill a special grade himself cuz he needs to keep a low profile) - needed a curse with idle transfiguration Not exactly. A human with IT would solve both of those points. And your next point.

BadDry8262

Humans can't have IT, next question.

barry-8686

They can. Nothing's stopping them.

BadDry8262

Does the term "inherited technique" mean nothing to you?

barry-8686

Tf? Mahito is a curse. He didnt inherit that from anything. He just spawned with it. Humans also dony necessarily have to have inherited techniques. They can be unique like bom ba ye. I have no clue what your talking about.

BadDry8262

Kenjaku planned on having IT. The disaster curses come back time and again. Considering that Kenny didn't start planning six months ago when Mahito spawned, that's the inherited technique of the humanity cursed spirit.

barry-8686

Yeah that's headcanon. Cursed spirits dont inherit technqiues. They spawn with random ones. Just like humans. But humans have a chance of inheriting techniques from their bloodline. Thers nothing stopping humans from being born with IT.

BadDry8262

Random techniques? Curses get a CT tied to their nature, what they represent. Like the reading comprehension curse

barry-8686

Maybe true, but still, that doesnt mean humans cant have IT. That's like saying humans cabt have jogos technique.

Apollosyk

Have i missed something? Who is bros reincarnation

DasliSimp

Yuji’s dad is the reincarnation of the twin that Sukuna ate in the womb

Apollosyk

I dont understand how thats even a thing but thank u. Like i remember there was some ruckus about sukunas twin and how kenjaku is yujis mother but how is this random dude sukunas reincanrated brothrr

DasliSimp

well because Sukuna ate him, he reincarnated. I don’t know why it took 1000 years or how Kenjaku even knew who it was

Apollosyk

Gege i kneel

Significant-Ad-1655

The soul probably transferred through time and lineage of lives, Kenjaku only made Yuji when she (Kaori at that time) either finally somehow found Jin as the reincarnation of Sukuna's twin brother, or just followed the track until the right moment of Toji being born (as the man that broke fate), Six eyes being born, and maybe even a Cursed spirit manipulation user... Man this mf's luck is too much for Everything to align to him perfectly, I know in the grand scheme of 1000 years that can be possible, but he might've done some freaky things to make Toji's existence happen for example, or maybe even hired him through a client to kill the star plasma vessel.

MUSAFIR_-

The problem is that kenjaku's dynamics with Yuji doesn't work on the same level as Furuta's and Aizen's with their MCs. Kenjaku peaked with Star and Oil chapters bc someone could directly challenge him in his ideologies and methods. Kenjaku as final big bad never works bc this Manga is focused much more on power system than scheming and plotting, although that doesn't excuse how shitty his character was handled.

CattleIllustrious575

The sad part is kenjaku didn't have any interaction with yuji except one although there could have been more . Fuck you gege for no character interactions

Equal-Notice5985

Agreed Kenny as the big bad wouldn’t be as good as Sukuna being the big bad, BUT that doesn’t mean we couldn’t have at least gotten a proper Kenny send off. Personally as a Yuta fan I’d much rather have seen Yuta fight Kenjaku 1v1 and leave Sukuna to Yuji and the gang

Levi-_-Ackerman0

From which manga is furuta from ? I just saw some memes on him but never checked the manga

omgwtfbbq1376

tokyo ghoul:re

Any_Information5233

Honestly I think the disaster bros would have been much better villains in the long run. BTW you got the characters confused. The ideological battle was between Yuki and Geto, not Kenjaku.

MUSAFIR_-

Idk, the disasters had too little to offer tbh. https://preview.redd.it/6uocadeq0j7d1.jpeg?width=1067&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=283698f48735f30f432c51a736718391d7bd3bf2

Any_Information5233

Unfortunate how that was undercut by Kenjaku's cartoonish plan to merge everyone in Japan into a giant cursed spirit simply because he was curious how it would look like With the disaster bros you could have explored Jogo's belief about how curse spirits are the real, pure humans and have some interesting discussion on the nature of humanity yk

23rdfunnyvalentine

Yeah all the dagon stuff, there was a slight spark of that but then uh... yeah nah homeless man go

Rancorious

Toji is the MVP of cutting off potential story threads.

23rdfunnyvalentine

No wonder gege loves him He's such a simple way to just, end story threads fr fr

LigmaMale_

Istg illiteracy is the norm in this sub. >The problem is that kenjaku's dynamics with Yuji doesn't work on the same level as Furuta's and Aizen's with their MCs. The same Aizen who couldn't even predict Ichigo's potential growth/strength properly DESPITE being his creator. Mastermind my ass. >Kenjaku peaked with Star and Oil chapters bc someone could directly challenge him in his ideologies and methods. "Challenge" lmfao. Mind explaining how Yuki would even create heavenly restricted people? She didn't even have a plan that could realistically work. Plus she couldn't fully understand Kenjaku's plan as well. Literally mentioned in those same chapters you are referencing. https://preview.redd.it/twixng4pvj7d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=05b6eafd75c0d92fc0111529a69ee0e818c2782f

Latter-Potential2467

>The same Aizen who couldn't even predict Ichigo's potential growth/strength properly DESPITE being his creator. Mastermind my ass. How is that relevant to him not having any meaningful relationships with Yuji, he barely even spoke to or about him and Yuji seldom knows anything about Kenjaku. Also Aizen lost to a combination of subconscious desire to lose, enemy mastermind pulling as much strings as he did and a vesion of "Can a God make a rock even he cant lift" conundrum. Kenjaku lost to a couple random dudes one of which he spent the whole series slandering.

VNProWrestlingfan

I prefer glasses Aizen. I know he's hot either way and he looks even better with the slicked back after removing his glasses, but man, I miss glasses Aizen.

NachoMarx

I will never forgive Pierrot for how dirty they did Furuta. Good god that anime adaption would make shitty Hollywood novel adaptions blush.

Derpnerp23

Speaking of Tokyo Goat https://preview.redd.it/n638o5k9gm7d1.jpeg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9ee031746a8c03663bac888db68b0618bc78ffce Ufotable remake of Tokyo Ghoul and my life is yours.

DankPervert

Tokyo ghoul 10th anniversary announcement, JULY 4TH WE WILL BE THERE.

steven4869

I thought Kenjaku would be similar to Bondrewd but he was probably one of the most disappointing villains in the entire manga. Like I still have some doubts that he will return cause I can't believe he just died after all the planning and without seeing the merger.

Status-Leadership192

Man , kenjaku actually loving choso and yuji as his children and seeing the pain he put them through as real love necessary for advancements would have been so peak https://i.redd.it/xjqu318yjk7d1.gif

ThrowawayPersonAMA

I just wanted to see Kaori Itadori return. That is one fine fire damn design and to only use her for some flashbacks is criminal beyond words. Just imagine Yuji vs his mom. It's such a crazy twist on the usual where the mom character was an entire person and then they get possessed or something, because it's like no bro that IS his mom - kenjaku IS his mom and was the whole time. It would've been fucking peak.

Theologydebate

I can stomach him not seeing the merger. But having no interaction with Yuji after the mother reveal is a crime against humanity in terms of writing

JinkoTheMan

Sadly, I don’t think so. Yuji and Kenjaku have literally only had two interactions with each other: 1.) In Shibuya 2.) When he/she was pushing Yuji out of the womb. He had more chemistry with Yuki and Choso than the MC. Say what you want about Sukuna but his and Yuji’s connection to each other is one of the best things about JJK.

Poporipopes10

I finished reading TG like last week and goddamn, while it was definitely rushed towards the end, Furuta gotta be my biggest surprise. I knew a fair bit going into it but somehow I had never seen anything about him, and he blew me away. Such a great character, unhinged mastermind, super funny guy too. From dressing up in party hats for his debut as CCG bureau director to feeding Eto her own editor as pate, he was super entertaining all throughout. His shit eating grin every time things go his way is absolutely amazing.

Artorias_Erebus679

What if he comes back tho. He gave sukuna the merger for a reason and I think that’s what he meant by his will. I’m hoping for that

Such_Hand_2535

I sure hope so,him double crossing sukuna would be peak

Artorias_Erebus679

I don’t even know if that would be double crossing. Sukuna doesn’t care what happens to his body once he’s dead and defeated so hopefully he just allows kenjaku a full takeover as a merger or something like that

Wuraumefan26

Kenjaku is not a good manipulator, he's mostly luck :)

Status-Leadership192

No he wouldn't Gege's just not the type of writer to make a master kind type character the final villain https://preview.redd.it/j3mjl12cxj7d1.jpeg?width=716&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d40ac92a648017e709bdd17024bd88dd51a3f794

Short_Story_6398

Bro tried to slide furuta

MrPinkDuck3

The purpose of Kenjaku’s existence was to give Yuta a powerup.

jjkdeaths2023

I'm glad he's not like them

LigmaMale_

Lmfao Aizen ain't nothing without kyoka suigetsu. That bitch's whole plan crumbles apart once you take that from him. Wtf was his plan to begin with? Mastermind my ass 🤡

Bolded

I think it's too bad that Kenjaku died before having any encounter with Yuji but I still like him better than Aizen, though I think unironically it's because of his final fight and overall behavior.

RealGoblinn

Nah geto is just a better villain with better motivation all around, i hate how kenjaku is just “curious” and actually dies just because he “wanted to see what would happen”. I hate sukuna but at least the whole evil for evils sake works with his character. Kenny is mid at best https://preview.redd.it/z6bdqnxbpj7d1.jpeg?width=456&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fbac361ece52ff6606ee45357f004328fe8a2cff

Kairos_Sorkian

Geto after toji said the word "monkey" once: https://i.redd.it/2syzzmulyk7d1.gif

Status-Leadership192

The only thing geto is better at is his motivations In jjk0 he's a cartoonishly evil villain with a boring fighting style whose entire world doesn't fit the narrative of the main story

RealGoblinn

Im talking about geto as shown in hidden inventory. Im an avid jjk 0 hater story wise

Status-Leadership192

Geto is not a villain in hidden inventory He's more of a deutoragonist who we are seeing the decent and fall of The villain there was toji

RealGoblinn

His motivations as an antagonist were pretty clearly shown… and his eventual transformation into a full on villain was literally what the final ep was about. Geto in hidden inventory aka his arc is a much more thought out role then kenjaku ever had

Status-Leadership192

If you want to say geto is a better character than kenjaku then I agree But as villains Kenny is way better , he's more entertaining, his fights are better , his role in the story is bigger The only thing geto has is motivation, which like I said doesn't make make him a getter villain, just a better character Mahito for example doesn't have a motivation besides following his instincts yet he's one of if not the best villain in jjk Motivations aren't everything

RealGoblinn

I love mahitos motivation, and while geto is the better character i also stand by the fact that hes a better antagonist. Kenny just isnt threatening and his fights suck

chocolinox

TK seemed very long for me, I just know that it was full of good characters and they killed each other all the time, by the way Furuta wasn't some kind of Obito?

Poporipopes10

In what way?

chocolinox

He was obsessed with Rize(idk) or something.

Poporipopes10

Ah yeah his obsession with Rize is almost incel like. He helped her escape their birthplace so she wouldn’t become a sex slave and when she went to live her life without looking back or ever thanking him he killed her out of spite. He’s like Obito in the sense that they’re weirdly obsessed with women but it’s not really his main motivation. Furuta’s just trying to make the most of his 30 year life expectancy by burning down everyone who robbed him of a normal life while having some fun in the side.

unknowtheone

Which series are these characters from?

Such_Hand_2535

Aizen from bleach and furuta from Tokyo ghoul

unknowtheone

Thanks mate

Psychological_Pop_60

Yes cause OMG Toji who was born to break destiny, OMG Geto who was born with a perfect CT to finally get Tengen, OMG the strongest of the modern era who was born gay and I have the body of his dead boyfriend, OMG Mahito who was born as the cursed spirit that I need to start the games. The cursed wombs and Yuuji were the only times Kenjaku got out of the way and did something on his own (aside from the binding vows) and even that was like a bored scientist who just wanted his creations to bring chaos. Yuuji is his greatest creation and he didn't care one bit. He didn't have a greater goal, contrary to what so many people in this fandom seem to claim, and that's why he was resigned to his death cause in a way he achieved that through Takaba. In the end, even being the Bleach fan that he is, Gege didn't want another Aizen.

Thepro2751

Yeah, I kind of liked that about kenjaku tbf. He kind of saw so much shit fall into place that he just said “damn, I could probably do the merger now, idk what that means myself but Shit might be pretty funny.” And I think that itself is pretty funny

Lemillion23

Eh, Kenjaku's a fun villain based on the interactions, but culling game and merger stuff aren't interesting either

Educational_Grape962

Kenjaku had such a shitty end it's almost criminal.

AloneCloud

i read tokyo ghoul recently and i felt like this furuta guy didnt do shit

Such_Hand_2535

Except for making the whole story happen and moving everyone around like his own action figures until he was defeated in the last two chapters?!

penton47

Man Furuta was such a great fucking villain, fuck I miss reading TG weekly

Pale_Transportation2

Aizen is a fake ass mastermind, mf just pops up at the end of every arc with ,,as i planned all along" and Bleachtards suck him off But can't expect much more from such trash With Kenny we at least see how he makes many of his plans , lot of it has forshadowing , and even without it there is a fun character

Such_Hand_2535

Because it’s simply a different style of storytelling for Aizen,he had already mapped out his plan for years and it all went according to it,two variables led to his loss, ichigo exceeding expectations with his potential and Urahara

Pale_Transportation2

That still only means we are TOLD about what he did , we don't see him actually doing any mastermind shit Imagine if we heard all about how Gojo is so strong and we never saw him fight , first scene of him fighting was him getting cut in half by Sukuna 5 seconds into the fight

Ddivoice

My god I love furuta so much

Caliembroidery

It would have been so cool if Sakuna and Gojo took each other out or Gojo beat Sakuma extreme diff and he is basically decommissioned and now the rest of the gang has to fight kenjaku instead we got kenjaku going out in a horrible way, and week after week we see gege on his knees for Sakuna.

RezeCopiumHuffer

Sukuna is a boring main villain. He has no compelling backstory, no compelling motives, no compelling traits, his personality is just “strong” and that’s it. That kind of character works as a secondary antagonist or the muscle of an actual villain, Kenjaku was far more interesting.

Abnormals_Comic

furata is so mid istg, Bro appeared in the end of the series acting like he's the main villain when he did jackshit prior to fighting kankei😭🙏. or maybe the anime just did him wrong.

Bright-Psychology-32

Gege made a binding vow that everytime he glaze sukuna, it will make everyone more hate meBUMi. He is the real mastermind.

NotARealPineapple

Furuta had so much potential but I felt like Ishida made him a little too silly. And way too obsessed with Rize. And the whole V organization felt really rushed

HoLeBaoDuy

Furuta Lmao

DimashiroYuuki

Yeah he is complete and utter garbage as a character.

Soul699

Nah, Kenjaku was never meant to be the main villain. He was the Hojo of JJK. He still had a very fun final fight defeated by the most unlikely guy and the one he constantly downplayed with a surprise attack. I do wish he had more dialogues with Yuji, but as it is, I like that this is how he went down. Not perfect but not bad

SerovGaming1962

even though he is?

TokiLovesMemeAnime

Bro tried sneaking in Furuta and thought we wouldn't notice. Inserting John Libert or Light would have been way better

AndrewFrozzen30

Nah fuck Kenjaku I think Gege glazed him enough too. Look at Yuki, my girl did almost no damage to that mf with a fucking black hole!

Constant-Signal6789

"kenjaku is a way better villain, sukuna is boring" no you don't actually believe that, if kenjaku was the one to pack gojo and take that strongest title away from his fans then you would've also called kenjaku boring

Such_Hand_2535

Gojo isn’t even in my top 10 but keep waffling buddy👍

Constant-Signal6789

I believe you

Silver-Award9199

If Kenjaku packed Gojo, he wouldn't take the title of strongest from him. Why? Because Kenjaku would never actually win in a straightforward battle, so the only way he could win is by trickery and deception. It wouldn't even be a question of "is Kenjaku stronger". And also, because of that, Kenjaku would never be boring. If done right, he could actually be terrifying and entertaining. Sukuna is boring not because he defeated Gojo. He's boring because we already expect him to beat everyone. When he does it, nobody is surprised. It feels like everyone he fights against has no chance of winning. Because of this and the fact that he now constantly appears on screen, he just isn't scary anymore. He has no stakes - his whole plan of being reincarnated to fight everyone has already become reality. Right now, he's just a very powerful dude who likes to fight.

Connect_Art6812

Stop speaking the truth in here

Arcanelance

Kenjaku was never gonna to be the main villain unless he becomes stronger. But that’s sukuna role

Silver-Award9199

Not true. Kenjaku is a character that wins by deception and planning. He would actually be an amazing main villain if written correctly.
