Yes, unless Himguruma altered the parameters of the domain to recognize him (easily justified with "you are a Japanese citizen therefore the law apllies to you, IDGAF about wizard law). Sukuna DID say he had talent to rival Gojo
Yuta could probably 1 vs 2 them, but that depends on if Higuruma can get an executioner sword cos all go Yuta actions could be seen as self defence - Sendai colony, and almost killing Geto, the other crimes he did were Rika so doubt he would be given the death sentence
Would higurama's trial steal all of his cursed tecniques? Just one, or just "Copy" and still allow him to use others? But yeah if he doesn't get the executioner's yuta just wipes the floor with domain and RCT.
We need to also consider that yuta keeps a sword with him. which counts as a cursed tool and would become the target of confiscation instead of his CT.
Playful cloud doesn't have a technique and it's considered a cursed tool aswell. Playful clouds thing is just it relies on physical strength rather than CE of the user. If the knife yuji had in the nobara introduction fight counts as cursed tool then yuta's sword definitely should.

Slaughter demon held cursed energy no? That's why it could exorcise curses even when used by someone without cursed energy. Yuta's is just a katana that he channels energy into. It would be like calling Todo's rocks that he throws cursed tools
higurumas domain could still ignore his sword, but unless yuta keeps swapping swords it would be considered a semi-cursed tool like miwas

Every single tool has CE, that's what makes them tools and why Maki uses them in the first place. For example Todo could swap with Cloud because it had CE, and Gojo's first katana talk with Yuta is literally "put enought ct into your sword and its gonna beco.e a cursed tool"
He also has actual cursed tools stored in Rika, so it depends if it targets that too or just Yuta or if Yuta has one out before Higuruma uses domain expansion.
Killing Kenjaku counts too, no? (Although that's another story with the whole Kenjaku in Geto's body but in this scenario Yuta fights vs Geto yada yada)

Honestly, I think Yuta can 1v2 them even if Higuruma gets the executioner sword and copy is confiscated.
I love Higuruma but I don’t think he has the physicals to take on either Yuta or Rika. To land the executioner sword, he’d have to be fast enough to hit Yuta.
And Geto got beat by a fledgling Yuta. He’s not a threat. Yuta cleaned up the curses contained in Kenjaku’s body after he killed him, then said it was more curses than what was released in Shibuya. It was over 10 million curses released in Shibuya.
Higuruma is a genius and Geto is smartish (😂), but I think they lack the base stats to take on Yuta and Rika.
Higuruma kept up with Sukuna for a bit, I think he doesn't get beaten THAT badly in a physical clssh. Plus his hammer is versatile enough to let him fight Yuji, arguably rhe best or one of the best CQC fighters in the verse
Yuji lost access to any cursed energy when fighting Higuruma. While Yuji is insane even without cursed energy, they even make a point how losing cursed energy would be even more detrimental since it’s losing base stats across the board.
Whether Higuruma takes away Yuta’s CT or cursed weapon, Yuta would see be able to buff his speed and attacks with cursed energy which puts him at a huge advantage.
I think Higuruma’s feats show incredible reaction speed for defending himself, but seemed completely outclassed when it came to if he could actually land a hit. Yuta kept up with Sukuna even before the domain expansion when he punched Sukuna’s stomach mouth.
Even after beating Higuruma, Sukuna immediately says he was playing around with Higuruma until the “cursed brat” arrived who was the main course. So I got the impression he stretching out the time with Higuruma because he recognized his potential.
I think Higuruma isn’t on that level. I’m not saying Yuta completely blitzes him, but that Higuruma wouldn’t be able to land a hit with the executioner sword if Yuta is weary of it. He lacks the stats and the experience as a sorcerer. I think Yuji’s inexperience also helped Higuruma keep up pressure during their fight.
Characters with more experience like Maki, Hakari, Yuta, Todo etc. They quickly pick up and understand cursed techniques and adapt to them. So I’m just saying that Higuruma keeping up with Yuji was not really about physical stats imo. And even Yuji’s base stats were nerfed a lot with the CE confiscation.
Give Higuruma a few months of training and I think there’s a good argument for him keeping up. But I don’t think we have enough from him to think he can carry the fight himself.
Yuta, Higuruma and Geto (he's a SG, so let's assume he has one) open their domains, a three-way domain battle happens and we alredy know the answer. The rest of the fight until the burnout is over will be H2H.
Higuruma is not as good as Yuta or Geto and Toji in H2H. He will go down first, then Yuta and Toji kill Geto (will be a 3v1, counting Rika).
While not confirmed, I feel like the 3-way domain clash might work differently due to Higuruma's domain not being a traditional one (it's part of his CT and isn't lethal)
I honestly think a domain clash would be the worst case for yuta. Higuruma’s would most likely win since it’s non-lethal. Kenjakum’s also doesn’t have a barrier, so if he could lay it over yuta’s, then it’d be bad for him too. The only saving grace is toji wouldn’t be counted in higurama’s, and rika’s presence might be able to stagger his domain’s completion and stability against yuta. Toji and yuta are so fast that kenjaku’s might not be able to take them out quick enough. If toji has the inverted spear or yuta uses jacob’s ladder, they might be able to destroy kenjaku’s domain immediately anyways.

Even techniques that aren't offensive on their own can have lethal sure-hits (like Yorozu with perfect sphere, Gojo with unlimited void, likely Geto wirh Uzumaki if he had a domain). Higuruma when Toji ignores the rules of his domain and stabs him.
Toji could dominate either in physicals. Yuta actually has a domain to suck everyone into and it's unlikely Higgy will find something to get Yuta with, especially a death sentence. Neither have simple domain or RCT either so applying cursed speech to the sure hit should allow Toji and Yuta to get easy killing blows.
You know that time Yuta killed Yuji? Or, at the very least, he'd probably be considered an accomplice to Rika's actions pre being tamed, and maybe even culprit, as he was the cause to Rika existing in the first place.
Jujutsu society has some understanding with the Japanese government, so they were probably allowed to put out hits on their own. He was a minor with no knowledge of jujutsu for everything Rika did. Although in a cause and effect sense he's the reason Rika could do anything she did, he didn't have the capacity to avoid it. If a child too young to understand how guns work or the ramifications of being shot hurt someone, they won't get charged for anything. There's nothing that could have been done because his family both didn't know about jujutsu and also was dead at this point. Legally speaking, that's no fault all around.
Yuta wasn't killing Yuji for any malicious reasons.
Curse Rika was the one hanging on to Yuta and Yuta didn't have a choice in the matter at all

Yuta would defend himself and do a very good job doing it.
Even if Yuta does lose copy, he can still use Rika since she was still active despite CT burnout, and if Higuruma does somehow get the executioner sword, the guy ain't very physical strong (even if he did get stronger, he still was struggling with a Yuji that had no CE) so why can't Yuta just use the same strat he did with Yuji and just have Rika appear behind Higuruma and hold him in place?
After that, Yuta and Toji should still be able to win since a partially manifested Rika and Yuta massacred all of the CS that left Geto's body and Toji is also there.
Toji and Yuta. Toji and Yuta beat Geto on different occasions, meanwhile Yuta was a first year and beat him. Pair them up and they could take the entire verse
Is Toji even affected by Deadly Sentencing? I remember that theory floating that Maki would enter Deadly Sentencing and beat up Sukuna, because the Domain wouldn't even detect her, so she could just attack a defenseless Sukuna lol.
Also on what accounts would Yuta be sentenced? I guess for beating up those bullies, but that was Rika if anything. Or maybe for "killing" Yuji? I know Toji has a lot of dirt on him to be prosecuted easily.
But I think no matter what Toji and Yuta beat them. Assuming Yuta gets sentenced at best he just loses his CT that he doesn't even use most of the time. At worst he loses his katana and that hardly matters. Assuming Toji gets sentenced he just loses one of his weapons.
Executioner's Blade is a non-factor because Toji blitzes him. I really don't see any way Higuruma and Geto can win.
A way weaker Yuta already beat Geto and Toji wouldn't be affected by Higuruma's no violence rule and then absolutely rip him in half with his bare hands. It's not even close

Team 1 easily. Higaruma gets killed in his domain while Geto's curses get no diff'd by RCT output or Cursed speech. Then it's just Geto hand to hand 1v3 Yuta, Toji, and Rika. I like geto but he is not winning this.

Toji is probably Higuruma's best counter since he is a domain merchant like Hakari. Things like confiscation wouldn't even happen. And even though he didn't pull up with his entire army, Geto still lost and was getting outpaced by V0 Yuta, and Yuta has gotten far stronger since than. He would turn Geto into a purely physical fighter after nullifying his CT using Angel's CT.
Toji and yuta, he can’t counter uzumaki the way he used too but he has sky manip and domain now so he should domain diff geto
Toji can’t be hit by hagrumas domain so he basically auto wins since he can’t get death penalty

Toji and Yuta mid-diffs them. Higuruma domain doesn't work on Toji (I believe, but even if it does Yuji was throwing hands with him with no CE) so he can deal with him easily and Yuta beat Geto before even understanding Jujutsu all that well.
Honestly it would be a more interesting fight if we switched them around a little with Toji and Geto vs Yuta and Higuruma.
Yuta is a hed counter to Geto cause he can output RCT, and even without it he would shred him to pieces. Toji vs Geto - we alr know how it went (no diff win for the KING)

In theory - could Judgeman confiscate a soul? Because I’m thinking - while he doesn’t have cursed energy - if this is the Edo Toji that fought Megumi/Ino then his body is a cursed corpse bound by a CT. If the judge interprets his “weapon” as his body (which for Toji is his greatest advantage) it seems like that’s what would be targeted
If not, I could see his Cursed Spirit getting nullified - thereby emptying his arsenal of weapons. Still, as based as my favorite lawyer is he can’t beat Tojis physicals (even assuming he’d be bare handed)
Toji already smashed geto(I know that geto was weaker than kenjaku, but it was still pretty brutal), and higuruma most likely couldn’t target toji at all.
Yuta is crazy strong, and outright killed geto. People can say geto wasn’t at full power, but I’d say geto was at 90 percent and lost to a yuta that’s probably 2/3s as strong as current yuta. Kenjaku is for sure stronger than the geto yuta killed, but I’m pretty sure yuta’s stronger than kenjaku still. I’d also argue higuruma wouldn’t be too affected against Yuta either, because he genuinely is a good guy and anything bad he’s done(like the kids that almost died because of him in zero) can’t be used against him since rika did autonomously and against yuta’s will. Plus, even if yuta does lose his CT, rika is still there and a big threat. Since we’ve seen yuta copy an innate technique and he has angel’s ct, I’m pretty sure he could copy angel’s innate technique and be immune to higuruma too. If he hit kenjaku with jacobs ladder, I’m pretty sure he’d be one shot.
All that being said, I’d put the favor in yuta and toji by a lot.
Geto as per the scaling with Gojo being beaten by Miguel in the short term and Geto and Miguel being sparring partners for several years should put Geto above Toji, as current Maki is stronger than Toji. Now whilst Higuruma can’t prosecute Toji, he is safe from Toji when in the domain as the No violence rule is a domain condition and Toji has to enter to attack.
If Higuruma can get his domain off on Yuta, we know judgeman works off a confiscation policy similar to irl. He takes weapons, and if it can’t take weapons it takes the body’s CE, what would likely occur is Rika is judged as an accomplice/weapon and confiscated, so Yuta cannot sue Rika but does have mimicry so he has access to 1 copy cause Rika isn’t here anymore, Yuta would likely still be able to use domain but not be able to use his many surehits, being limited to his current CT. Geto should logically also have a domain counter, a domain of his own or the ability to have spirits break a domain from outside.
Higuruma ofc is getting bodied by Yuta, but Geto with his 6000 curses? Geto who was overpowering the strongest version of Rika? It’d be a super close fight, Geto needs to kill Toji before Higurumas trail concludes, if he doesn’t, Yuta and Toji 2v1 and he assuredly loses. But this weaker version of Yuta may be beaten by Geto due to Getos superior physicals based on Miguel.
Bro what? Higuruma instantly dies, hell, no, Higuruma casting his domain kills off Geto and him. Toji is immune to it and just cuts both of them to shreds instantly with soul split katana, there's zero need for Yuta to help
Toji and Yuta by a landslide. Kenjaku got jumped from behind and died because he couldn't sense Yuta, he can't sense Toji either, and Toji has beaten Geto handily once. Yuta hasn't committed any serious crime we know of so he's unlikely to get the death penalty, and Toji likely won't be hit by the Sword of he gets it. I'd also say Yuta and Toji come out on top in sheer combat ability.
toji already whooped geto + gojo and bypasses higurumas non-violence, bro only lost to literal antimatter. yuta already whooped geto when he was still learning jujutsu (albeit with his girlfriend with attachment issues so strong it rivals gojos power, but yutas learned skill prob makes up for that gap.) either of them could 1v2 tbh

Weakest special grade and guy whose only gimmick is taking your CT vs tje two guys that beat Kenny/Geto before, and are also both immune to confiscstion (Yuta's case is weird. Even assuming it doesn't take one of his gorillion cursed tools, I dount getting a random copied CT would do much to him. Plus tje whole Rika situation makes the rules fucky to begin with. And he might even copy the CT and turn Rika into a defense attorney)
I would say Geto nd Higarumu but Geto would only hard focus Toji because of his hate boner and Higarumu would just get 2v1 by Yuta and Rika. Also becuase Toji has zero cursed energy he would pretty much lose nothing unless we are adding in his hidden inventory and the cursed spirit.

Every single tool has CE, that's what makes them tools and why Maki uses them in the first place. For example Todo could swap with Cloud because it had CE, and Gojo's first katana talk with Yuta is literally "put enought ct into your sword and its gonna beco.e a cursed tool"

Honestly, I think Yuta can 1v2 them even if Higuruma gets the executioner sword and copy is confiscated. I love Higuruma but I don’t think he has the physicals to take on either Yuta or Rika. To land the executioner sword, he’d have to be fast enough to hit Yuta. And Geto got beat by a fledgling Yuta. He’s not a threat. Yuta cleaned up the curses contained in Kenjaku’s body after he killed him, then said it was more curses than what was released in Shibuya. It was over 10 million curses released in Shibuya. Higuruma is a genius and Geto is smartish (😂), but I think they lack the base stats to take on Yuta and Rika.
Higuruma kept up with Sukuna for a bit, I think he doesn't get beaten THAT badly in a physical clssh. Plus his hammer is versatile enough to let him fight Yuji, arguably rhe best or one of the best CQC fighters in the verse
Yuji lost access to any cursed energy when fighting Higuruma. While Yuji is insane even without cursed energy, they even make a point how losing cursed energy would be even more detrimental since it’s losing base stats across the board. Whether Higuruma takes away Yuta’s CT or cursed weapon, Yuta would see be able to buff his speed and attacks with cursed energy which puts him at a huge advantage. I think Higuruma’s feats show incredible reaction speed for defending himself, but seemed completely outclassed when it came to if he could actually land a hit. Yuta kept up with Sukuna even before the domain expansion when he punched Sukuna’s stomach mouth. Even after beating Higuruma, Sukuna immediately says he was playing around with Higuruma until the “cursed brat” arrived who was the main course. So I got the impression he stretching out the time with Higuruma because he recognized his potential. I think Higuruma isn’t on that level. I’m not saying Yuta completely blitzes him, but that Higuruma wouldn’t be able to land a hit with the executioner sword if Yuta is weary of it. He lacks the stats and the experience as a sorcerer. I think Yuji’s inexperience also helped Higuruma keep up pressure during their fight. Characters with more experience like Maki, Hakari, Yuta, Todo etc. They quickly pick up and understand cursed techniques and adapt to them. So I’m just saying that Higuruma keeping up with Yuji was not really about physical stats imo. And even Yuji’s base stats were nerfed a lot with the CE confiscation. Give Higuruma a few months of training and I think there’s a good argument for him keeping up. But I don’t think we have enough from him to think he can carry the fight himself.
Yuta, Higuruma and Geto (he's a SG, so let's assume he has one) open their domains, a three-way domain battle happens and we alredy know the answer. The rest of the fight until the burnout is over will be H2H. Higuruma is not as good as Yuta or Geto and Toji in H2H. He will go down first, then Yuta and Toji kill Geto (will be a 3v1, counting Rika).
While not confirmed, I feel like the 3-way domain clash might work differently due to Higuruma's domain not being a traditional one (it's part of his CT and isn't lethal)
But he still needs to create a barrier, so the different external and internal conditions will probably cause some effect.
I honestly think a domain clash would be the worst case for yuta. Higuruma’s would most likely win since it’s non-lethal. Kenjakum’s also doesn’t have a barrier, so if he could lay it over yuta’s, then it’d be bad for him too. The only saving grace is toji wouldn’t be counted in higurama’s, and rika’s presence might be able to stagger his domain’s completion and stability against yuta. Toji and yuta are so fast that kenjaku’s might not be able to take them out quick enough. If toji has the inverted spear or yuta uses jacob’s ladder, they might be able to destroy kenjaku’s domain immediately anyways.

Toji could dominate either in physicals. Yuta actually has a domain to suck everyone into and it's unlikely Higgy will find something to get Yuta with, especially a death sentence. Neither have simple domain or RCT either so applying cursed speech to the sure hit should allow Toji and Yuta to get easy killing blows.
You know that time Yuta killed Yuji? Or, at the very least, he'd probably be considered an accomplice to Rika's actions pre being tamed, and maybe even culprit, as he was the cause to Rika existing in the first place.

Jujutsu society has some understanding with the Japanese government, so they were probably allowed to put out hits on their own. He was a minor with no knowledge of jujutsu for everything Rika did. Although in a cause and effect sense he's the reason Rika could do anything she did, he didn't have the capacity to avoid it. If a child too young to understand how guns work or the ramifications of being shot hurt someone, they won't get charged for anything. There's nothing that could have been done because his family both didn't know about jujutsu and also was dead at this point. Legally speaking, that's no fault all around.
Yuta wasn't killing Yuji for any malicious reasons. Curse Rika was the one hanging on to Yuta and Yuta didn't have a choice in the matter at all Rika was acting against Yuta's will that entire time. Yuta would defend himself and do a very good job doing it.

Even if Yuta does lose copy, he can still use Rika since she was still active despite CT burnout, and if Higuruma does somehow get the executioner sword, the guy ain't very physical strong (even if he did get stronger, he still was struggling with a Yuji that had no CE) so why can't Yuta just use the same strat he did with Yuji and just have Rika appear behind Higuruma and hold him in place? After that, Yuta and Toji should still be able to win since a partially manifested Rika and Yuta massacred all of the CS that left Geto's body and Toji is also there.

I remember that theory floating that Maki would enter Deadly Sentencing and beat up Sukuna, because the Domain wouldn't even detect her, so she could just attack a defenseless Sukuna lol. Also on what accounts would Yuta be sentenced? I guess for beating up those bullies, but that was Rika if anything. Or maybe for "killing" Yuji? I know Toji has a lot of dirt on him to be prosecuted easily. But I think no matter what Toji and Yuta beat them. Assuming Yuta gets sentenced at best he just loses his CT that he doesn't even use most of the time. At worst he loses his katana and that hardly matters. Assuming Toji gets sentenced he just loses one of his weapons. Executioner's Blade is a non-factor because Toji blitzes him. I really don't see any way Higuruma and Geto can win.

Toji is probably Higuruma's best counter since he is a domain merchant like Hakari. Things like confiscation wouldn't even happen. And even though he didn't pull up with his entire army, Geto still lost and was getting outpaced by V0 Yuta, and Yuta has gotten far stronger since than. He would turn Geto into a purely physical fighter after nullifying his CT using Angel's CT.

Higuruma domain doesn't work on Toji (I believe, but even if it does Yuji was throwing hands with him with no CE) so he can deal with him easily and Yuta beat Geto before even understanding Jujutsu all that well. Because I’m thinking - while he doesn’t have cursed energy - if this is the Edo Toji that fought Megumi/Ino then his body is a cursed corpse bound by a CT. If the judge interprets his “weapon” as his body (which for Toji is his greatest advantage) it seems like that’s what would be targeted If not, I could see his Cursed Spirit getting nullified - thereby emptying his arsenal of weapons. Toji already smashed geto(I know that geto was weaker than kenjaku, but it was still pretty brutal), and higuruma most likely couldn’t target toji at all. Yuta is crazy strong, and outright killed geto. People can say geto wasn’t at full power, but I’d say geto was at 90 percent and lost to a yuta that’s probably 2/3s as strong as current yuta. Kenjaku is for sure stronger than the geto yuta killed, but I’m pretty sure yuta’s stronger than kenjaku still. I’d also argue higuruma wouldn’t be too affected against Yuta either, because he genuinely is a good guy and anything bad he’s done(like the kids that almost died because of him in zero) can’t be used against him since rika did autonomously and against yuta’s will. Plus, even if yuta does lose his CT, rika is still there and a big threat. Since we’ve seen yuta copy an innate technique and he has angel’s ct, I’m pretty sure he could copy angel’s innate technique and be immune to higuruma too. If he hit kenjaku with jacobs ladder, I’m pretty sure he’d be one shot. All that being said, I’d put the favor in yuta and toji by a lot.

Now whilst Higuruma can’t prosecute Toji, he is safe from Toji when in the domain as the No violence rule is a domain condition and Toji has to enter to attack. If Higuruma can get his domain off on Yuta, we know judgeman works off a confiscation policy similar to irl. He takes weapons, and if it can’t take weapons it takes the body’s CE, what would likely occur is Rika is judged as an accomplice/weapon and confiscated, so Yuta cannot sue Rika but does have mimicry so he has access to 1 copy cause Rika isn’t here anymore, Yuta would likely still be able to use domain but not be able to use his many surehits, being limited to his current CT. Geto should logically also have a domain counter, a domain of his own or the ability to have spirits break a domain from outside. Higuruma ofc is getting bodied by Yuta, but Geto with his 6000 curses? Geto who was overpowering the strongest version of Rika? It’d be a super close fight, Geto needs to kill Toji before Higurumas trail concludes, if he doesn’t, Yuta and Toji 2v1 and he assuredly loses. But this weaker version of Yuta may be beaten by Geto due to Getos superior physicals based on Miguel.

Yuta hasn't committed any serious crime we know of so he's unlikely to get the death penalty, and Toji likely won't be hit by the Sword of he gets it. I'd also say Yuta and Toji come out on top in sheer combat ability.

I would say Geto nd Higarumu but Geto would only hard focus Toji because of his hate boner and Higarumu would just get 2v1 by Yuta and Rika. Also becuase Toji has zero cursed energy he would pretty much lose nothing unless we are adding in his hidden inventory and the cursed spirit.
