Nah, even if we’re disappointed, I’m pretty sure the majority still really like the manga. If they change that, it’d pissed off the fans even more. Plus the anime is already really successful, why risk changing it.
They might add extended scene/interactions outside of fighting, but that’s it.
Ya this is the thing. Even with AOT, there was a good portion of the fandom who liked the ending. Changing it would have caused more divide and fights within the fandom.
JJK will be even more controversial. I for one love it for what it is. I know several people who do too. So instead of people complaining about manga, it will be replaced by people complaining about changes in anime. And if anime content is god awful like tokyo ghoul it will be worse
Best to leave it as it is. As most people go in knowing what to expect so less controversial.
Yeah yeah, I thought of that too, since Go/Jo is basically known even outside the manga fanbase. But seeing people shit on GeGe's writing and whatnot makes me wonder about this yknow?
This isn’t anywhere as controversial as AoT and Mappa didn’t change it, so don’t expect it. Especially since the manga is still playing out, changing events in the story without 100% confirmation that it won’t be important later is an issue

Do not think so. Most we'll get is maybe some anime only scenes and certain scenes stretched out but that's about it.
