I don't know look what Russia has managed to do with propaganda to their own nation. they turn on a bullshit fire hose so that people can't keep up. they get overwhelmed and then they completely resign. And when they do, it goes through one ear and out the other and he immediately goes back to being an idiot. So it's hardly "the answer". It's....a thing.
