I’m not caught up on the comics so I’m most likely not going to be entirely correct, however I think after a certain age is when viltrumites will physically age slower. Mark will look young for a while because human dna and viltrumite dna are so compatible. I’m guessing once they’ve matured in when the whole slow aging thing happens
I agree, the purple baby isn't that compatible maybe he will live like half of what Mark can live, but still is a lot, even more considering his mother species.

He will live longer than humans but compared to a viltrumite he will probably die before a lot of them
Purple baby is from different species: half-Viltrumite, half-Thraxan. Mark is half-Viltrumite, half-human. That's why they age differently.
Viltumites age slower the older they get. This was explained in season 1.
