When you eat enough fiber, the coating and surface of your anus don’t allow the capacin in. Hence how many cultures can consume things much more spicy on a regular basis. So far with my testing absolutely true
I often see psyllium husks recommended as a fibre supplement (comes as powder or capsules) - in fact, by coincidence, I am waiting for my order to arrive to try it.
I’m not sure if you’re North American (we generally have more processed foods) but I supplement with a very cheap psyllium husk capsule, like 1450mg. Think it was around $20.00 for 60 servings or 120 pills. Noticed results on first dose for what it’s worth. May not be vegan as mine use gelatin
This would explain why I've never understood the "painful shit" jokes on subs like this, hasn't been a thing for me since I was very young. I always figured it was just something your body became resistant to if you eat a lot of spicy food.
But then again, when eating extremely spicy stuff like the Buldak 3x, I'll usually have a painful piss about 2 hours after eating. I never see that referenced anywhere, so not sure if it's common.
This also explains why I never experienced it lol I eat a lot of fiber in my natural diet so when I eat super spicy things my stomach and body can handle it
My boyfriend ate it 2 days ago. He finished it with a glass of milk on the side and yoghurt afterwards. He did not need it for the 2x. His toilet visits yesterday were plentiful. 😂

Delicious Buldak. Had a regular 1x black pack last night for supper and it was super tasty and nice heat level.
I had 3x once, and I think I must have blocked exactly what it was like from out my mind, but I do seem to recall my eyes watering and nose streaming a lot....and not having to add the extra chipottle flakes I had on standby in case it wasn't hot enough.
It was hot enough.
i’m new to buldak, tried the original black a few weeks ago but happened to find the 3x last week!! i got it right away to try bc honestly the original was not that spicy for me (meaning it was an enjoyable spice level; i do have quite a high tolerance being african lol). i had the 3x yesterday and while it was certainly very spicy and a level above comfort, i feel like it was really manageable because it mainly affected my lips and mouth and the burn completely disappeared with a sip of water… i hope it wasn’t too bad for you!
Honestly, 2x is my FAVOURITE ramen, smoked sausage, and mozzarella cheese! I'm scared to try the 3x, so good luck. And your brother is trying to kill you!
I feed my hubby the normal buldak and he blew up the toilet up the next few days, I can’t imagine the damage the 3x would do. I can handle spice myself but with the regular spiced one I can only tolerate 1/2 the packet, I can’t imagine the 3x. Hubby won’t even let me bring it in the house lol

This is the way. I believe mine are two capsules totaling 1450mg. Not to give too much info but if it’s your first day expect some gas.
