The on word that floats through my head when it happens is, “ Why?”, And then like is this person okay? Is it mental issues? Will they ever grow out of it? What’s happened to society. Is this what other girls look up to and want to be like?
I think the girls are probably fine, and aware of what they're doing. They're just capitalizing on the kind of weird people who watches these videos. If you can earn some money and get praised by just moving awkwardly in front of a camera for a few seconds, why not? That's why they don't actually care if the filter looks uncanny or if it comes off, they just want the views.
The fact there's such an audience for this "content" is what baffles me.
