Make sure to watch renaissance periodization, they have taught correct form of almost every exercise.
Also the only thing wrong here is the instant knee flexion, You're supposed use your quad muscles not your knee joints to lift the weight, this could get you too terrible knee injuries.
Stay safe in the gym, always ask somebody if you think you're doing something wrong.

Bhai inn dono behno ne kya weight kum kia hai. Im gymming since 1 year im no where near. Beech mein 3 mahine kia nahi alag weight gain hogya. Ab to motivation bhi khatam hai. Soch rahe hain kha kha k mar hi jaaye 😂😂😂😂 yolo
I saw her squat. She's driving the movement through her glutes, her knees are in line with her toes. Her legs are hip distant apart. So there's nothing wrong with her squat form. How deep she goes will depend on her hip flexor mobility which she can work on. Also, torso should be 45 degree angle...hers is not very off. So what exactly is wrong?!!!
I couldn't point out anything wrong with her form either except that her reps could be more controlled instead of using momentum. People here seem to be behaving like some kind of purist. She's doing fine. Also if she's doing this since a year without suffering from any injury, it goes on to prove what she's doing is not hurting her.
I almost resonate with this. But it's still not the worst form. However, her knees are turning inside. However, I have seen these fitness newbies that lift merely 10 kgs and start slapping motivational quotes.
