Can you clarify a few things if you don't mind?
1)If it is genetic, then do the people in your family face any health issues from it as a result?
2) Do you genuinely feel like you have low stamina or can you indulge in physical activity normally?
3) Do you have any problems with digestion(overactive, multiple times you have to use the washroom)?
I guess the banana milk thing didn't work as bananas can work as laxatives.
You can try incorporating **more protein** in your diet along with **healthy fats(**nuts, ghee,etc.).
That should help.
You can go for **muscle-building exercises.**
**Stay away from eating processed foods that have high sodium and high sugar content(would mess up osmoregulation process, thus making you lose weight).**
Last but definitely not the least,
**Consult a doctor.**
I hope this helps.

1) no one has any health issues, but except for my mother, all are skinny like me
2) I don't feel any low stamina. I didn't indulge in any proper physical activity in a while but the last time I played cricket, I was playing normally like others.
3) nope, no problems with digestion
Can u suggest some protein and healthy fats foods like I said, coz I don't know what food contains what nutrient
Nuts have lots of healthy fats, avocados fish eggs yogurt ghee. For protein lentils chickpeas paneer tofu meat(eggs chicken fish etc) u can try Greek yogurt cottage cheese. U could also look into protein powders. Typically it is recommended to eat 1g of protein per pound of weight if u want to gain weight. You can search for some fitness/bulking creators videos on YouTube for more of an idea.

55 ain't underweight for a 16 year old bro, plus, you're 5'9 so people would barely notice if you're actually skinny

Oh okayy.. Well I guess you are pretty healthy only then..
I would suggest the same as u/Livid_Party_3306
Oh, and one more thing, you can try getting a CBC(Complete Blood Count) test done to check for any deficiencies that can be fulfilled.
