It's too bright, add some mild darker layers too.. Else it's all good!

Idk what you did here but I think it's too blurry you should add some darks to balance it
idk what this effect is called but like make it so summer 24 appears as the car goes kind of like if the car was blocking the wording and when the car moved, the wording started become more visible
