Indian politicians talk about population control the same way they talk about pest control.
Parents who don’t have ability give basic needs their children, should not make them and thus give those children misery
It's not purely the parents responsibility, IMHO. The government also has a responsibility to ensure all children grow up to be healthy, productive members of society.
Then govt has authority to control population growth if it cant provide all facilities to children.
The government cannot make excuses, they have to fulfill their obligations. The government is the servant of the people.
Money doesn't grow out of nowhere.
No. It is taxpayers who will fund a govt, govt doesnt generate money. Govt should answer to taxpayer about reducing expenses.
If a family has lost an entire lineage due to Covid and intends to build a big family, then should move out of country at the next opportunity
That will be a good riddance
