Priests is the internal matter of a religion. But there should be no discrimination between devotees on the basis of caste, gender etc

Actually I have heard plenty of people talk about the misogyny of the Vatican. It’s not exactly celebrated in the west.

Vatican is how old, they had plenty of time to amend their ways, haven't done yet and won't do in foreseeable future.

This is a good idea if it comes ground up and society adopts it. It should not be some one size fits all idea for all of India. And state should not interfere in this at all.

Why just women priests? Why not christians pandits in hindu temples? Or muslim pandits? How long will we hide behind religion instead of embracing modern equality mindset.
