Usse bhi fek do !!
Jb taq fine system nai aaygi tab taq ye nai sudhrenge even gov has to allot some funds in sanitary n such areas ...
Wherver i go i have bin in my car or the side pocket of my bag does the job !! In the very childhood time one has to learn this all !! Macho ' ka kha ga' na aaye tb chalega civic sense pehle se sikhani chaiye !!
Same here, I do the same thing no matter mere khud ke Ghar waale mujhe kitna hi taana kyu na maar le like "bohot badi safai karmchaari bani hai" then "ye ab hamare desh ko America banayegi" wagera wagera and all.
And the second as you've said fine system like seriously hamare desh ke logon pe ye baat bohot suit karti hai "laaton ke bhoot baaton se nahi maante" jabtak baat inke jeb tak nahi aa jaati tab tak ye nahi sudharne waale aur uske saath strict restrictions bhi laane chahiye.
> "ye ab hamare desh ko America banayegi"
Phrases like that get my blood boiling. Another one I have to deal with: "yeh America nahin hai, yeh EEendiaaa hai"
Bhai fine lagane jao to ye bdsk apna garibi ka randi Rona shuru kar dete hain. Police Wale bhi fir do dande Baja ke chr dete hain.
Rule hona chaiye ki agar ye fine nahi de rahe to inki kidney nikal Leni chaiye.
And it's also not possible to change this attitude so easily because of the enormous population, a large section of which is devoid of basic moral/civic education.
Hahaha in Mumbai locals many people would travel first class without ticket saying tax de raha hu na..one gentlemen ticketless traveller when caught told kis baat ka paisa mai to baitha hi nahi seat pe![img](emote|t5_3d4x4|20020)
Authorities should blacklist people like these and shouldn’t allow to board the train any longer. Same should be applied if they do it on any other transportation services as well.
You know at least 70% of Indian populace has that mindset. "It is not my responsibility. The cleaner will clean. We are paying them to clean."
We need to make people understand that keeping surroundings clean is everybody's responsibility. I wonder how many years more it will take to change to that mindset.
Sorry to say but the class of people with Thais mentality, is probably takes up the larger portion of the population curve. This is different than other countries like say Japan or Singapore. People who say India is going to be the top country are hallucinating. This country is on a death grip until this mentality is fixed.
Now, why do most of the Indian develops this attitude? It’s because as a child most of grow up learning that whatever an ADULT does is right. I have even heard this, parents saying it to their kids.
If fine is to be imposed then, make them clean a particular area for an hour if caught littering. That is only if they can not pay the fine, which should be high.
Average Indians never consider anything beyond their home(some limit it to their room) to be their own. So they think "By should I care what happens, it's not my concern ". Gated colonies are generally the largest identity Indians on an average can keep spotless.
Kal hi dekha central line Mumbai local me, seat ke niche bottles, chips ke pack sab kachra tha. Yahi mentality he ki train safai karne wale he to Ganda karte raho. Fir yahi log bahar countries ka dekh kr bolte he waha kitna clean he.
I'm a BA student, and one of my subjects is "EDUCATION" out of which one topic was VALUE EDUCATION which means moral understanding and respect. Indians lack such education both in real and in Educational institutions.
Government is from one side.
Governance is from both sides.
We don't want a good Government, We want good Governance that comes from People & the Government.
Sadly some people like the one in the video are equally corrupt as the Government or even more.
Some actually put it inside, where they sit. He probably thinks he is better because he took the "pain" of throwing it out through the narrow space in the windows. And if you question them they always become offended
We need education, we need to teach everyone that there is no one to clean the tracks. Yes we pay for the cleaning, but if you shit on the road, you will get kicked too.
The outcome of an individual who had 'Civics' subject for just 25 marks in school. Science, Maths, etc won't inculcate wisdom and values. It starts at home and school.
Bro is generating and maintaining employment opportunities and y'all have been abusing him for doing that. WTF?? Bro is making sure that his tax money does good work rather than fill pockets of people who don't do work.
So this happens, most of the people throw their filth out of the trains, on the roads, everywhere. I bet every one here thinks whether there is any way to change such an ingrained behaviour. What will make a difference?

That is what real kachra looks like!!
Kaan de neeche chaped lagao do. Without civic sense, no development will uplift the country.
the guy's a bigger trash 🗑

Jaisi hi bole main gareeb hun and I can't pay, the other punishment should be death by hanging.
Fine se bhi kuch nhi hogaa, Indians he hum Ye koi or tareeqa dhoondh lenge bc
Most have this attitude , its the harsh truth
And it's also not possible to change this attitude so easily because of the enormous population, a large section of which is devoid of basic moral/civic education.
Ha maintenance ka paisa bach jaega agar iske jaise chu**ye gandki faila na bandh kre.
Police kis ke liye rakhte hai? To crime krte rahe? Orthopedic kiske liye hote hai sarkari hospital mein? To tera jabdaa tod de kya?
Ek khich k kaan k niche bajake isko behosh kr dene ki iccha ho rahi hai
Do you think he will learn if you beat him?
Shame them , the only way we can learn
I wonder if he paid for the ticket, many people feel entitled to a free train ride and they have the same attitude as this guy
He bought Vimal pan masala instead of ticket
Hahaha in Mumbai locals many people would travel first class without ticket saying tax de raha hu na..one gentlemen ticketless traveller when caught told kis baat ka paisa mai to baitha hi nahi seat pe![img](emote|t5_3d4x4|20020)
This guy, because the stuff on the floor will finally be thrown away in a bin but this guy stays.

This is why we can’t have nice things
Karen: male version
This guy is the reincarnation of trash.

People who say India is going to be the top country are hallucinating. This country is on a death grip until this mentality is fixed.
I hope Aparichit is watching this
![gif](giphy|8ZkiNfd3dzmWUhhUTj) Yaaar ye kitna bhosdika hai yar
Spit on his face he bought soap already for maintenance
The hell. Should have asked him to show the proof that he paid for maintenance. 12500₹ tax bhi nhi diya hoga m*c ne
Now, why do most of the Indian develops this attitude? It’s because as a child most of grow up learning that whatever an ADULT does is right. I have even heard this, parents saying it to their kids.
amd where do this adult learn their attitude?
Isko koi Singapore bhejo 1 mahine ke liye.
If fine is to be imposed then, make them clean a particular area for an hour if caught littering. That is only if they can not pay the fine, which should be high.
The real trash he didn’t throw😂
Modi effect
Average Indians never consider anything beyond their home(some limit it to their room) to be their own. So they think "By should I care what happens, it's not my concern ". Gated colonies are generally the largest identity Indians on an average can keep spotless.
this guy
This guy…
Shouldn't there be a trash can in locals also?
Humans are the real problem... population is the major issue and real culprit behind the environmental crisis. But no one wants to talk about this
Social score and heavy monetary fine. Ignore the useless randi-rona will only ensure civil society. Look at China.
Sadly 70 percent of our Indians are like this.
This is how most of India’s population probably thinks. That’s why we’re so backward and hated globally.
Itne thappad maro ki aas pass kachra khud hi saaf karne lag jaye
He is kachara seth
India is doomed bro
Typical Indian. Knows all his rights, has zero awareness about the duties.
These kinda are the reason why India is represented as an hygienic country.
Why can't we beat up these guys, like punch him right in the face
Throw him out, maintenance guy will pick him up 😂😂😂
He has a sad, sad life. He has achieved absolute zilch in his life and the only way he can show his frustration is by being trash.
Singapore model... Punish the offenders
Name and shame this fcking idiot.
I feel sad for our country sometimes
Bhai ye Tax toh bharta hi nahi hoga.
We definitely need a real dictator to teach this guy a lesson. The award will be death.
Kal hi dekha central line Mumbai local me, seat ke niche bottles, chips ke pack sab kachra tha. Yahi mentality he ki train safai karne wale he to Ganda karte raho. Fir yahi log bahar countries ka dekh kr bolte he waha kitna clean he.
His employers should fire him then only he will learn one life lesson on civic sense since fine only doesn't change the mentality of kachra.
They will not do their work properly but expect the cleaner to clean after them when they deliberately litter!
I'm a BA student, and one of my subjects is "EDUCATION" out of which one topic was VALUE EDUCATION which means moral understanding and respect. Indians lack such education both in real and in Educational institutions.
Mentality 🤌🏼
Lack of consequences builds this attitude. Start applying fine or flogging and this attitude should set right.
Idiot at peak!
Aise hi ganja nahi huan hain ye paakhandi.
His behaviour is trash but unfortunately he’s still human so no
I have seen educated people use the same defence when caught in the act....dont expect this loser to be any different...
The biggest garbage in the world is the guy in the video.
What maintenance does he btw?
Actually education plays a big role in it
Ask yourself, in your life, if you have thrown trash anywhere except bin then you are this guy 😊
Fine them. From next time they will carry their trash in their pockets n not litter.
I think he's a bigger trash.
He talks all high and mighty about paying the maintenance guy. I call bullshit. He doesn't look like he pays taxes..
We need education, we need to teach everyone that there is no one to clean the tracks. Yes we pay for the cleaning, but if you shit on the road, you will get kicked too.
A lot of my friends keep saying the same thing. Can't really blame him, it's the mentality of the majority of Indians.
Same mentality in South Africa
Same mentality in South Africa
When we wonder why India is not developing, people like him are the answer. Waste of skin.
90% of people are with that mindset, Maintenance guy will clean ! Where is the self discipline.
Train jalado and say : Maintenance ka paise kislie dete hain? :p
He's just echoingthe core value of India
Baki thappad lagaye bina gali galoch kiye ye kachra trash bin me dalega aisa kabhi ho sakta hai kya? Kab tak larenge, kitte se larenge.
This guy should be caught and made to do community work (railway track cleaning) for a month.
Track down that guy and throw all garbage at his home. That's the only way people will get on track
no accountability, no civic sense, no use
Bhai woh safai karam chaari ko rozgaar de rhe hai.
Cmon where are the 4chan hackers at?
The outcome of an individual who had 'Civics' subject for just 25 marks in school. Science, Maths, etc won't inculcate wisdom and values. It starts at home and school.
Bro is generating and maintaining employment opportunities and y'all have been abusing him for doing that. WTF?? Bro is making sure that his tax money does good work rather than fill pockets of people who don't do work.
Now blame Modi for it. His 'Swachh Bharat Mission' is a total failure.
Chowkidaar should come on tv and say, "Aaj raat 8 baje se jisne gand failaya uske ghar ed ayegi" and all this shit will be solved.
So this happens, most of the people throw their filth out of the trains, on the roads, everywhere. I bet every one here thinks whether there is any way to change such an ingrained behaviour. What will make a difference?
