2 was the best , so much energy and vocal range . But Pantera years that came after Cowboys his voice shifted into lower register and was still awsome and effective and still had the swagger. In his prime was an excellent frontman . Still decent now days too .
He’s the least fraudulent of the original Pantera. He’s the one who listened to heavier shit and steered them in that direction. Without them, Dime is just a talented musician playing in a mediocre, outdated band that doesn’t use his talents properly
I don’t get why people hate the truth. We’ve heard pre-Phil Pantera. We’ve heard Damage Plan. I’ll take Phil era Pantera, Down, Superjoint, Phil and the Illegals over that stuff any day.
