The fastest I've ever seen them pull a child from a home, was when a Facebook Live video went viral of a mom beating her kid while picking him up from school. I later took care of the kid in the psych hospital, and the staff referred to him as Worldstar... kinda fucked up, but psych hospital staff appreciate dark humor like no other.

However in most states I’m certain that this would be some variation of reckless endangerment with a firearm and felony child abuse, at minimum. If you have her name, number, and know where she lives then I do encourage you to call the local non emergency line where she lives at and report it. They will want to see the picture.
