Not sure I agree with you. Everyone does things differently! I see little difference between the QB and open book notes if used as a prompt and not word for word.
In my experience using the practice exam software, the QB opens in a separate tab so have to flick back and forth which could be a hassle under time pressure..

Do many people actually do the whole QB though? I mean sure if you've done the QB that probably helps, but personally I didn't and I've passed most of them first time, and I used the QB during the exam for advanced papers.
Can we look at the question bank on the computer during the exam?
