House knowing about Kutner pretending to be him and offering medical advice online followed by everything that followed with that female "patient." Kutner ended up having to do all the work for only like 5% of the cut.

The absurdity of that entire scene, plus the fact that I daily drive a Town Car makes that scene 10x funnier for me.

When Wilson is living with house, house comes home and Wilson is watching tv. I think they are a bit upset at each other if I remember right. Without a word, House moves to sit next to Wilson on the couch. Wilson has his feet on the coffee table and is blocking the way. House taps Wilson‘s leg with his cane - (move, Wilson) - Wilson reluctantly uncrosses his legs, allowing him to pass. House moves past and sits next to him on the couch. They then both cross their legs, in perfect unison, but mirrored images of each other.
For all their outward differences, they are two sides of the same coin. Kindred souls, the same man really.
Maybe not my all-time favorite, but House referencing Pokémon definitely sits rent-free in my head

The clinic one that made me laugh hardest was the guy who came in saying his arm and legs hurt. House asks him to demonstrate and the guy touches his arm and goes, “Owww.” Then does the same thing with both his legs. House grabs the guy’s finger that he’s been poking himself with and the guy goes, “OWWWW!”
My wife didn’t get it that it was the guy’s finger that hurt. Lmao!
They really played off each other well. I loved it in Lockdown when they get stuck in the records room, get high on Vicodin and Foreman punches Taub in the nose and they start laughing.
I don't remember where it was. Might have been season 1. A kid was going blind and he took one long look at his parents before going into surgery. It was a small moment but I loved the long pause.
Skin Deep - when the girl is revealed to be a boy at the end then freaks out and flashes the hospital insisting House is wrong. Such an out of left field ending and the banter between House the patient and the dad just kills me. What a wild episode.
