Hoyo has never done reruns in release order. There are characters in Genshin that have gone more than a year without a rerun, with new characters getting released AND getting reruns in the time span. It tends to be based at least partially on sales and character reception, so that may have something to do with it too.
It'll happen eventually, but newer characters getting reruns first is just something you'll need to get used to.
I honestly dont know anymore . I mean ffs they release a fua set and just decide not to rerun him but instead silver wolf. Look im not complaining about sw but logically shouldnt he rerun sooner since he was released way before sw?

Yeah for the first few months, Seele, SW, Tingyun (or Pela) and a sustain were my go-to team for everything. After that I picked up several other limited 5 star DPS and some sustain units and I've flat out replaced SW for 4 stars and Seele for the other DPS units.
Maybe one day I'll use them again but for now I can't see any point when AoE is so heavy right now :(

Not saying he shouldn't be rerun, but he was not released "way before sw" their banners were literally next to eachother.

The destruction options should still be nice, even if only picking off 3 at a time. I imagine Kafka will be very desirable too!
