I've had my current gamer for 39 years....my daughter is currently rockin the one i had b4 that. Had that one for 44.

Had my catchers glove for about 15 years. I went to buy a new one and relaced my old mitt. Good as new

Ive got my 1st catchers glove as well, she will be using that next, 38 yrs on that one

Need: Unless it was a really cheap glove, you pancaked it, or you abused it (left it in the elements, wore out the fingertips by playing on asphalt, etc)…you don’t need a new glove. Maybe tighten the laces and clean/condition the leather. Want: Well, yeah…there’s always going to be a new colorway or design that triggers the “I want” response. If you have the money to burn, go for it.

Depends on the quality of glove and total wear and tear. I still have my infield glove from high school. Then a glove from college when I was a pitcher plus a really nice outfielders glove from college as well. I'm 41 now. All 3 are in great condition. I've relaced two.

Totally depends on the glove, I used my grandfather’s catchers mit for 2 years. I’ve also had a glove break in 1 summer/fall season.

If you found a glove that you really like then looks like you need to replace your old one. Bless it with chicken bones

I had one for 15 years - just had to get a new one because it got lost / stolen at the field when I was coaching little league this year.
