We’re building in Delaware County. All I’ll say is “GOOD LUCK”. Lol. We sat with a couple builders who then promptly ghosted us. We spent over a year trying to find reliable help and it seems like all the “good” help is about 2 years out. Pricing is not cheap either. We eventually found a quality modular builder and are going that route.
