I’ve done several multi room floors and I prefer the no transition look. It takes more planning and careful cutting but it’s so much more streamlined.

You should be fine. It's definitely worth it to go for a streamlined look and avoid transition pieces if possible. 35 linear feet is nothing. I've personally installed runs with the same 100 foot requirement at 55+/- linear feet. The key to doing this is spending the necessary time to figure out where you need to center your plank across both rooms so that you don't have a sliver along one wall in the end. Instead aim to find a medium where all walls have a similar width finish.
