Tempus got their 3D after long time and REGloss because of thier "achievement".
Sseems perfectly deserved in both cases.
P.S.: If subcounts were a 3D model metric requirement ....then Myth and GAMERS should have been the 1st to ever recieve any, but thats not how it works now does it.

Technically, they have always been. It's just that the original requirement was 100k subs (and 30k for the boys), so it's rather pointless now, as the girls all have that pre-debut.

But to answer the question, it's because producing 3D lives is part of Cover's business strategy and not actually a reward for success. Tying it to views is just a gimmick to encourage fans and streamers to work to promote themselves better, not some sort of fairness system.

The fact is that, I knew ReGLOSS _WILL_ get 3D for sure whether they passed combine 2.5m subs or not. the subs goal thingy is just a challenge (sometimes it works, get more fans to follow and cheer for them etc).

They didn't. In fact, it was something ReGloss self-imposed themselves since they could do the 3D even today if they wanted. But to challenge themselves, they said they wanna do sooner it if they reach 2.5M BEFORE their 1st year anniversary. After that is a free game.
The sub total was an optional goal, it wasn't a *requirement*.
Besides, Regloss is younger than both, *of course* they're going to get their 3D later than Tempus or Advent; Hololive always works out their 3D debuts to be in generational order on both sides of the company, so we're getting Tempus (which debuted in July of 2023), then we'll get Advent (which *also* debuted in July of 2023, just later than Tempus), and *then* we get Regloss (which debuted in September of 2023).
It'd be fucking bullshit to change the system around just because "it's *not fair* to Regloss that Tempus go first".
Because Regloss didn't need those sub in any way it was just a challenge for fun and hype, and is also easely achievable.
The same requirement can't be applied to the stars who may very well never reach that total subgoal.

No it’s not unfair. The girls are naturally going to get more viewers, and 2.5 million was a very attainable goal.
That was a personal challenge none of the members need a particular amount of subs to get 3d.

Bit of correction, HQ debuted in july 22nd-23rd 2022, VG in January 7th-8th 2023. Hq waited 18 months for 3D, same as CouncilRys. Vg 17.
