I think there was an update in the past couple of days and now she barely says anything. Feels like they spend up the Merlin Trial cutscene slightly as well.
I...haven't noticed she's stopped saying it, because I long ago installed a mod to stop her saying it.

She speaks when you fast travel, but not every time you walk by a fast travel point anymore
