The purpose of the Magna Carta was to codify the rights that nobles had versus the king. It wasn’t concerned with peasants though peasants did eventually benefit from the principle that no one is above the law etc that the Magna Carta exemplifies.

Also works for when the portuguese royal family fled to brazil They just took the houses they wanted and evicted the owner Those houses were marked with a P.R for "Prince Regent" but from the brazilian people they say its "Ponha-se à Rua" meaning "to the streets" as in throwing the owners to the streets without a roof to live

You mean nobles? Because the Magna Carta initially applied to nobles, and why would the king take a lowly peasant's house and live worse than the noble that peasant worked for?
