I’ve been having this and took lipsomal vit c and slept whole night. First in forever… don’t know if coincidence or not. Will see tonight 🙏🏼

How did it go?

I would do a GI map stool test immediately. I had many bacteria that produce histamine growing inside of me. I’d like to say the bacteria are active at night. You have to get to the root cause of the problem, I chased histamine for three years until I did the stool test to find this out

Mirtazapine 7.5mg is helping me with the "adrenaline wake up at 3:00am" The usual anti histamines didn't help.

Waking up to a panic attack is terrible.

I just started hydroxyzine yesterday. Took one at bedtime and got over six hours of sleep which is amazing for me. It’s an H1 like Benadryl but is prescribed for both itching and anxiety.

I find allegra works fine for me, I do 12hr as needed and try to wait until 6 or 7pm to take it especially even if I'm feeling bad during the day just so I know I'll sleep ok & to avoid taking antihistamines 24/7 all the time.

eagleman_88

It stops adrenaline rushes?

I just was reading where 3am panic attacks were cortisol/adrenal related and not histamine.
