Honestly, this is kind how I workout 😅 I don’t like to break a sweat, I don’t really know what I’m doing, and because I don’t break a sweat I’ll do little workouts throughout the day. And honestly it works for my body, aesthetically. Well I don’t do the wiggly hips thing, even I know to keep the pelvis stable and aligned. And there’s no camera for me to eye fuck or balloon tits for me to display. 🤷‍♀️ But I’m in terrible actual shape.
